THE PAST

THE PAST Isaiah 43:8-21 Devotional:- “Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old.” (v.18) NKJV God, who gives us a memory, want us to use our past experiences to help us make quality decisions in the future, but the past is always the enemy of the future for many. If you don’t know how to manage your memory system of the past, it is capable of standing against your success in the future. As emotional beings, we are sometimes faced with the challenges of memories of our past experiences, our errors and failures. You will observe that at every point of decision-making to progress, the enemy will bring back to your memory the past experiences of your failure. This is just to bring fear to your heart and make you doubt the possibility of your success, so you could lose your joy. The scripture we read today instructs us to let go of the past. LIMITED TIME

LIMITED TIME

John 9:1-12
Devotional:- “I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work” (v. 4) NKJV

Until a man wakes up to know the value of time, he may not be able to maximize his life and destiny. We often look at time as something of no value. It is only the economist and investors that actually appreciate the value of time. They know that money invested will yield greatly with time. So they know that time is as important as money.

Jesus said, I must do my work while it is day, for night is coming when no one will be able to work. Many have not gained an understanding that life is like a time bomb. If any army put a timed bomb anywhere, they consciously set the time with consideration of how early they will be able to get away from the environment.

You need to know that your life is timed, and every minute and hour is minus one. If you are aware that a timed bomb is set in your house, all you will want to be mindful of is the limitation of time. So. You will want to put in all the effort to pack out all the necessary materials from the house within the limited time.

It is the same way you need to approach your life. You don’t have all the time. Value the little you have, and you can still make up for it. There is time for everything. The night of every man/woman will soon come when he/she cannot work again. Please learn to invest your time and stop wasting it on unprofitable things. It is as you invest it by using your time well that your life will see God’s glory.

Prayer: Lord, help me to always use my time for what will profit me.

“IF YOU VALUE TIME, TIME WILL GIVE VALUE TO YOU”
