FLOATING AXE

FLOATING AXE Devotional:- 2 Kings 6:1-7 “So the man of God said, "Where did it fall?" And he showed him the place. So he cut off a stick, and threw it in there; and he made the iron float’’ (V.6) NKJV  Sometimes when we read about some great wonders of God in the Bible, something makes us feel it was because the people were very special. But we need to know that they are men of like passion (James 5:17-18). They were just exactly like we are, but they were only men of faith. This makes God to work wonders through them. The sons of the prophet needed a big place of dwelling. So they decide to cut trees to make a new home. Thank God they requested that Elisha should go with them. As they were cutting the trees, the axe head fell into the deep river. And the man of God asked the Holy Spirit for what to do. The Holy Spirit was what they also depended upon, and there was a miracle. Friend, you also have the Holy Spirit. That stick is the word of God. Speak to the sinking situatio...

DESPERATION

DESPERATION

Mark 10:46-52
Devotional:- “Then many warned him to be quiet; but he cried out all the more, "Son of David, have mercy on me!"” (v. 48) NKJV

Every glorious achievement is always a product of a desperate attitude. If a man is not desperate, his chances of winning in life will be so small. To be desperate is to be all out to get something with a strong push from within that is unmindful of hindrances. Desperation is a product of determination and discovery.

When a man discovers something great somewhere. He becomes determined to get it and employs the wisdom of desperation to get it delivered. Desperation will make you see your challenges as too small to hinder you.

Bartimaeus was a blind man with a vision of glory in him. He must have seen that the day would come when he would get out of blindness and also become great like others. In his destiny agenda, the major target was the opening of his eyes. When he heard that Jesus was passing by, and probably for the last time, on the way to Jericho. He became desperate. He was determined to see Jesus at all costs. Many people try to stop him, but a desperate man is unstoppable. And he received his miracle at last.

Friend, the level you need to climb up to now is the level of desperation. Stop taking life easy.. Will you keep watching failure walk into your life? You have this one single life to live. You cannot afford to waste it. It will take desperation to press them to manifestation. There is nothing good that can be produced in life without being desperate. You need to rise up, and your sun of glory will rise up. See you at the top!

Prayer: Lord, make my light of glory to arise.

“DON’T WAIT FOR YOUR SHIP TO COME MEETING YOU, SWIM OUT TO IT”
