 LETTER OF LOVE


2 Corinthians 3:1-6 
Devotional:- “You are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read by all men” (v. 2) NKJV

One of the things that true lovers love to use as a means of communication is letters of love. Do you know that it can sometimes be appreciated more than the person themselves being around? This is because letters are the expression of the intent of the heart of men. When men speak, they may commit error but when a man is writing, he means what he is saying. That is why most of the love letters written by men were not written once. When an error is detected, you don’t mind rewriting it.

Do you know that the word of God is the perfect God’s love letter to man (Psalm 12:3)? There, He gave us all His promises. It is in the Bible, He told us how to enjoy all things in Him and how to have the best from Him. But much more than that, we are the ones expected to be the display and the demonstration of His love to others. You and I are actually the picture of God’s love to the world.
That is why you should see to it that your life is a reflection of God’s goodness. How? This is by regularly looking into the mirror of His love book, the bible and by obeying His instruction always. Be an encouragement and a source of hope to people. Do not go about as someone without hope. Put on the joy of the Lord always. Let your words be seasoned with salt (Colossians 4:6). As you consistently do these, your life will truly begin to show an example of true love in the house, office, school or society. People will soon begin to commend that you are truly a blessing of God to them. And will enjoy God’s blessing too.

Prayer: Lord, make me your true love in my world.
“WHEN YOU ARE A LETTER OF LOVE, ALL MEN WANT TO READ YOU”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
