WAITING ON THE LORD 2 Samuel 5:1-10 Devotional:- “David was thirty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned forty years” (v.4) NKJV One of the good virtues of God we must always appreciate is His faithfulness. God is not a man that will lie; whatever He has said in His word, He is able to do and He shall do. You can always plug yourself into His promises as much as you work in His covenants. I always tell people never to think God’s word is written only to some specific persons we hear or read about in the Bible. The word of God is the standard practice and programme of God. They were only privileged to be the ones to receive the word at their time, but God is still the same, and so is His word. In claiming the word of God, you must learn to be able to patiently wait. People who will retain their joy must add this virtue to their life (Hebrews 6:12). NEGATIVE TO POSITIVE

James 1:1-14
Devotional:- “My brethren count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptation” (V. 2) KJV

    It is time for believers to know that we are called to turn negative to positive; to turn evil to good; to turn wilderness to city and to turn our pain to gain. In other words, what killed others we must turn to our miracle. The very worst families, finances, businesses, or various situations can be turned glorious in our lives.

This is God’s expectation of us. The very situation you are in right now is to be turned into a testimony. This is by the Spirit of God in us. But how shall this be? This is by being positive in all situations. Instead of allowing our challenges to break us down, we should get built up by it. We must be optimistic in all situations.

Since we are sure that all things shall surely work together for our good, we must refuse to give in to sorrow (Romans 8:28). We must choose to sing through (Isaiah 54:1). We know that God is working all things for our good, and by this, our challenges will always turn to testimonies. And we will always overcome.

Prayer: Lord, strengthen me to stand through.

“IF YOU INSIST ON JOY IT WILL TURN JOYFUL”

Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
