GOD IN YOU

1 Corinthians 3:11-23
Devotional:- “Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” (v. 16) NKJV

    The word of God says we are the temple of God. A temple is a house where a deity stays and there is worship. God made man to work through us to fulfill His plan on the earth. As a Spirit being, it will be out of place for God to operate in this world without man so also the devil. At creation, God put Himself into the dust and that is what makes Adam a living being (Genesis 2:7). Man, ignorantly allowed the devil to use him and the devil took over the rulership of the world from Adam (Luke 4:6, 2 Corinthians 4:4). God promised that the seed of the woman will defeat the devil (Genesis 3:15).

This is the reason Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8). As many as have accepted Jesus into their lives, the Spirit of Jesus is in them. That is the reason nothing will be able to stop you. So, you are the temple of God and God is in you. What is most important is for you to realize this and allow the Holy Spirit in you to rule your mind and life. This is by letting Him guide all you do (Romans 8:14). God will use you for His glory in this world.

You therefore need to know that what becomes of you as a child of God is up to you. You have to choose to allow the Spirit of God in you to direct your life or the flesh through the five senses (Romans 8:13). Take instructions from the Holy Spirit in you and obey Him by faith. And you will see your life moving in a supernatural dimension from now in Jesus name.

Prayer: Lord, give me the courage to step into my situation by your instructions.

“IF GOD IS IN YOU, THEN YOU CAN NOT FAIL”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

  DOMINION   Psalms 8:1-9 Devotional:- “You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet” (V. 6) NKJV      At creation, man was given dominion over all that God created. This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.
