WAITING ON THE LORD 2 Samuel 5:1-10 Devotional:- “David was thirty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned forty years” (v.4) NKJV One of the good virtues of God we must always appreciate is His faithfulness. God is not a man that will lie; whatever He has said in His word, He is able to do and He shall do. You can always plug yourself into His promises as much as you work in His covenants. I always tell people never to think God’s word is written only to some specific persons we hear or read about in the Bible. The word of God is the standard practice and programme of God. They were only privileged to be the ones to receive the word at their time, but God is still the same, and so is His word. In claiming the word of God, you must learn to be able to patiently wait. People who will retain their joy must add this virtue to their life (Hebrews 6:12). GOD’S GLORY 

Exodus 33:13-23
Devotional:- “And he said, "Please, show me Your glory”” (V.18) NKJV

    We all need to understand that we have equal privileges in God through Christ Jesus. God is no respecter of persons. He is not a partial God but, in every nation, whoever fears Him, He honours them (Acts 10:34).

Moses was a man who enjoyed the grace of God. He had the privilege of knowing God before he started leading the people of Israel. God always called him to the mountain to speak to him and send him to the children of Israel. On one occasion he demanded to see God’s glory and God was willing to show him. All of us can be partakers of His glory. Moses demanded this by faith and God granted him.

Friend, you also can behold the glory of God. You don’t need to be on any mountain, just desire to see Him through His word. And He will reveal Himself to you. This will make you turn to another man. When Moses came from this experience his face began to shine. Jesus prayed that God should glorify Him (John 17:1-5). The disciple saw the glory of God on the Transfiguration hill. You can see it also if you so desire. And men shall see your shining

Prayer: Lord, show me your glory.

Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). Therefore, every citizen of the kingdom of God must be followers and disciples of Jesus.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
