  MADE FOR DOMINION  Genesis 1:26-31 Devotional:- “Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth." (v.28) NKJV   The major purpose of creating man was to dominate over the earth. This is because the purpose of a product is in the assignment given to it to carry out. The reason God wanted us to dominate the earth was to make us represent Him here and to prevent the enemy from ruling the earth. So, our dominion was delegated. That is why it demands clear knowledge to operate in it.   It is clear in the scripture, God’s manual of man, that we are created to have dominion. FIGHTING BY FAITH

I Timothy 6:11-16
Devotional:- “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses” (V.12) NKJV

    So many people do not understand that we are here for the battle that is already won. As challenging as life could be, Christ has won the battle for us (John 16:33). Our enemy, the devil has been defeated on the cross of Calvary (Colossians 2:15). The victory of Jesus on the cross is our inheritance. We have been giving authority over all the powers of the enemy (Luke 10:19). Our authority only works when we fight by faith (1 John 5:4). You don’t need to run from your challenges. They are there to prove your ability in God for victory.

Faith is our weapon for victory. Faith is fighting with the mysteries of God. Battles of life cannot be fought with human power, or wisdom but your understanding of the mysteries of God’s word.

In the scripture we read today, God’s word says, we should fight the good fight of faith. This is fighting with the great power we have in God for our victory. They are the name of Jesus, the blood of Jesus, and the word of God. The depth of your understanding determines the strength of those weapons in your hand.

Friend, these weapons of our warfare are mighty through God. No mountain can stand before them. They are capable of destroying all weapons of darkness. Stop looking at your situation helplessly. You are not created for failure. You are saved to overcome. You are destined to win. Arise in the name of Jesus and conquer!

Prayer: Lord, give me the understanding of the mysteries of your working power

The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever!” (V. 17) NLT  God has a purpose behind every problem. God depends more on circumstances to grow our character than reading the Bible; this is because we have challenging circumstances twenty four seven. The word of God made us to see challenges in our life as normal (1 Peter 4:18). Your deepest expression of worship is mostly in the darkest days. It is during suffering that we learn to pray our most authentic, heart-felt and honest prayers to God (James 5:16).
