  GIFT AND GRACE Romans 12:3-8 Devotional:- “We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith”(V. 6) NIV   One of the means through which we can demonstrate our love to others is by using the grace and the gifts that are in our lives. As a child of God, you are privileged to enjoy two levels of gifts. The first are the talents and gifts. The second are the gifts of the Holy Spirit. There is no one who is not talented in one area or the other. It may be to cook, sing, design, draw or write. It could also be in the area of sport or decoration. But as a child of God, there is another dimension of gifts in your life given by the Holy Spirit. These are gifts of prophecy, healing, knowledge, wisdom, working of miracles, discernment of spirit, diverse tongues or interpretation of tongues (1 Corinthians 12:6-10). NAME OF JESUS

Philippians 2:5-11
Devotional:- “that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,” (V. 10) NKJV

    Believers need to recognize what the name of Jesus means to them in authority and power. The understanding we have about the name determines what the name will give as an answer. That is why some are named just anything. But if you are a Bible reader you will understand that name is not only for attention or identity but also a prophecy and a status of authority.

As we read in the scripture today God had given Jesus a name as a status of authority. It has become a key that opens doors in heaven and earth. The authority attached to His name makes all knees bow to it. So, it is a name all power must submit to. Jesus Christ means Jesus the anointed messiah or saviour (Matthew 1:21).

When you call upon His name all power must submit to you. It will work both in dreams and life. Jesus says, “Whatever you ask in this name, the Father will do’” (John 15:16). It means even God the Father respects and responds to this name. All everlasting doors will open for you in this name.

Start to call upon the name in all situations. The name is unstoppable when you call it with the consciousness of the Holy Spirit in you. If it is in your mouth, you become irresistible. And the enemy will always bow to you (Luke 10:17). This is your weapon of victory. Hold fast to it.

Prayer: Lord, let your name always be in my mouth.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
