  DESIGNED TO SERVE GOD Psalm 139:13-18 Devotional:- “Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to understand!” (V. 16 NLT)   God designed and formed you to fit into what He wants you to do to serve Him. The intended function determines the form of a building, so also your life. You are the way you are because you were made for specific ministry (Ephesians 2:10) Our scripture today simply means nothing that happens in your life is insignificant. God will never waste any ability unless He intend to use it for His glory (1 Peter 2:9) Before God will give you any assignment, He must have packaged you for it. This packaging is what we call shape (Jeremiah 1:5). Let us look at the meaning of each letter in your shape. The ‘S’ represents Spiritual gifts. These are special God-empowered abilities for serving Him, giving only to believers (1 Cor. 2:14). These gift cannot be bought because they are given by the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 12:11). NEVER GIVE UP

John 5:1-15
Devotional:- “The sick man answered Him, "Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me” (V.7) NKJV

    It will be impossible for a man who has given up to operate by faith. To live by faith your heart must constantly be positive with God that you will make it (Mark 11:23). But when a man has given up he is simply negative. He cannot see a better tomorrow. He cannot see himself making it again in life. Right in his own heart, he has canceled his chances of success.

The man we read about today has been sick for over thirty-eight years. The relations and all the people have given up on him. So, he remained there without hope. Even when the saviour came his doubt blinded him.

Friend, if people have given up on you never give up on yourself, no matter your age, status, or situation. God can change your situation if only you can believe Him for His word (Romans 8:28). People deserting you should give you rest from their disturbance. Use it to concentrate and start again. Locate God’s promises concerning your situation. Meditate on it till it produces courage in you to arise. Men shall see God’s glory in you. Only believe

Prayer: Lord, restore my hope in you.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
