  GOOD REPORT   Proverbs 15:28-33 Devotional:- “The light of the eyes rejoices the heart, And a good report makes the bones healthy” (v.30) NKJV Today, in the whole world, the only kind of news celebrated by men is bad news. The reporters have also realised that people want bad news. So, they hardly report good things. If you listen to the news, read from the media or browse through the net, it is all about evil things happening all over the world. This is the trick of the enemy to cage the sons of men into sorrow and break the flow of joy in the lives of the people. The scripture we read today says, “good report makes the heart glad”. You must recognise the principle of a joyful life. It is a product of regular joyful reports (Proverbs 25:25). It is what you love to hear that your life will look like (Mark 4:24). you must know you are a product of what you are hearing. SUBSTANCE OF REALIT

Hebrews 11:1-3
Devotional:- “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (V.1)

 

The body of Christ will need to be careful to understand the core message of the bible which is faith. When it is not in place, nothing good can beaccomplished, even God cannot be pleased. Therefore, it becomes very important and also a foundation for our salvation (Ephesians 2:8).

 

Today, many people try to operate human confidence to experience the manifestation of God but to no avail. A confidence without a sure substance will crumble to failure. True confidence can only come through the revelation of the word of God. No one can assume a state of rest without substantial assurance. You can’t see and not believe. This is a product of the Holy Spirit showing you the reality of the word when you meditate in it (Ephesians 1:17-18). It creates a rest above doubt.

 

Friend, start to read the bible with a heart to receive the substance (revelation) of the word. When you contact the living word, it will create evidence that is substantial in your heart. As you read the scripture and locate the promise, meditate on it. The Holy Spirit will grow a divine confidence in you for your manifestation.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
