  APPRECIATE HIM Psalms 136:1-9  Devotional:- “Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.” (V.1) NKJV Most people have not started to enjoy God to the maximum. because they have not fully imbibed the wisdom of appreciation. No relationship will be able to survive for a long time if the spirit of appreciation is not imbibed. Can you imagine that you plan to buy something for someone you love, though you do not have the means but embarked on saving towards it. At last you successfully get the gift, rapped it beautifully with a rapper and present it to your friend. All that your friend did was to receive it and just say, “That is good,” in a frowning way. And he started talking about something else to make you forget about the gift. You will feel disappointed and almost regret your effort. This and others are what most men do to God. OBEDIENCE

Luke 5:1-10
Devotional:- “But Simon answered and said to Him, "Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net." (V.5) NKJV

    If we are going to see the great power of God at work in our lives? If we are going to become a point of reference to the mighty works of God? If we will become God’s vessel to turn the world around for God? then we must embrace obedience to God’s instruction. Often time when God speaks to us, our mind queries His instruction. Divine instructions may not look reasonable but they are powerful.

In the scripture we read today, Jesus used Peter’s ship to minister to people and after the ministration, He asked him to launch his net to the deep for fishes. This is because God will not owe anyone his reward for service. But Peter complained of how long they’ve been toiling without result. He was only willing to do it to satisfy Jesus but, in the course, he experienced a miracle.

Friend, why don’t you take to the instruction of God concerning your situation by faith? You need to stop hardening your heart against His instructions (Job 9:4). The ways of God is different from our ways (Isaiah 55:8 -11). The wise will be humble to obey always (Matthew 7:24). What is He asking you to do for His kingdom or His servants? What is He asking you to do concerning your business and studies? Go ahead and please the Lord. Then you will see the tremendous power of God for breakthroughs.

Prayer: Lord, grant me grace to obey you.

“OBEDIENCE WILL ALWAYS LEAD TO THE NEXT MIRACLE”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
