LIVING WITH PURPOSE

LIVING WITH PURPOSE Proverbs 19:16-23 Devotional – “You can make many plans, but the LORD's purpose will prevail” (v. 21 NLT) Living on purpose is the only way to really live; everything else just merely exists. Most people struggle with these three questions in life; WHO AM I? (Identity); WHY AM I MADE? (Purpose); WHAT IS MY PLACE IN LIFE? (Impact). The answers to these entire questions are found in five Gods purpose for you. Now that you know God’s purpose for your life, it is important you live in it. For you not to drift away from the most important things of life, it is important to develop a purpose statement for your life and regularly review it. This is a statement that summarizes God’s purpose for your life (Psalm 39:11). It is a statement that point the direction of your life (Proverbs 4:26). CONFESSION

CONFESSION

Hebrews 10:19-24
Devotional:- “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promises is faithful (V.23).

The reason our word is so important to our life is because it is the product of our heart. Our heart is the source of all that will befall us in life (Matthew 12:34). So, since the Holy Spirit birthed faith into our heart whatever comes out of our mouth determines our life (Proverbs 18:21). So, what you say to yourself will surely hold. What people say does not have as much effect as what you say by yourself. Faith is the confession of that which is the good and perfect will of God concerning our lives and situations.

Sometimes our mouth says what our heart does not mean, but faith is through your heart. The scripture we read today said we should hold on to the confession of our hope in God.

Friend, if you have faith in God, if you will see a better tomorrow of yourself, learn to declare it. What you declare has gone ahead of you to become. Don’t forget we are created in the likeness of God. You create by what you say (Genesis 1:3). Start to speak God’s word and it shall surely manifest in your life.

Prayer: Lord, let your word always be in my mouth.

YOUR TOMORROW IS CREATED BY WHAT YOU ARE SAYING TODAY
