  GOOD REPORT   Proverbs 15:28-33 Devotional:- “The light of the eyes rejoices the heart, And a good report makes the bones healthy” (v.30) NKJV Today, in the whole world, the only kind of news celebrated by men is bad news. The reporters have also realised that people want bad news. So, they hardly report good things. If you listen to the news, read from the media or browse through the net, it is all about evil things happening all over the world. This is the trick of the enemy to cage the sons of men into sorrow and break the flow of joy in the lives of the people. The scripture we read today says, “good report makes the heart glad”. You must recognise the principle of a joyful life. It is a product of regular joyful reports (Proverbs 25:25). It is what you love to hear that your life will look like (Mark 4:24). you must know you are a product of what you are hearing. HE SPEAKS

Exodus 19:10-21
Devotional:- “And the Lord said to Moses, “Go down and warn the people lest they break through to gaze at the Lord, and many of them perish” (V. 21) NKJV

    As a living God, He did have an attitude of speaking. And that is why you can read over three thousand times in the Bible saying “the Lord said.” Other gods cannot speak, it is men who speak for them. Do not let anyone deceive you if you see any idol talking, people are behind it.

The reason why God does not always want anyone to see Him is that He does not want to be made into any image or portrait of worship. We know Him by His word. He wanted to reveal Himself to the children of Israel and He told Moses to prepare the people to hear God. And He came down on Mount Sinai and there was such a great earthquake. Then God spoke to Moses in the hearing of the Israelites.

You need to know that your God speaks. He may not cause an earthquake or thunder before you hear Him today. If only you can listen with the ears of the spirit God will always speak to you. To hear God always you will need to develop a deep relationship with God in worship and prayers. It will get clearer as you go deeper. And His word will change your world.

Prayer: Lord, release grace for my closeness to you.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
