  DESIGNED TO SERVE GOD Psalm 139:13-18 Devotional:- “Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to understand!” (V. 16 NLT)   God designed and formed you to fit into what He wants you to do to serve Him. The intended function determines the form of a building, so also your life. You are the way you are because you were made for specific ministry (Ephesians 2:10) Our scripture today simply means nothing that happens in your life is insignificant. God will never waste any ability unless He intend to use it for His glory (1 Peter 2:9) Before God will give you any assignment, He must have packaged you for it. This packaging is what we call shape (Jeremiah 1:5). Let us look at the meaning of each letter in your shape. The ‘S’ represents Spiritual gifts. These are special God-empowered abilities for serving Him, giving only to believers (1 Cor. 2:14). These gift cannot be bought because they are given by the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 12:11). HE SPEAKS

Exodus 19:10-21
Devotional:- “And the Lord said to Moses, “Go down and warn the people lest they break through to gaze at the Lord, and many of them perish” (V. 21) NKJV

    As a living God, He did have an attitude of speaking. And that is why you can read over three thousand times in the Bible saying “the Lord said.” Other gods cannot speak, it is men who speak for them. Do not let anyone deceive you if you see any idol talking, people are behind it.

The reason why God does not always want anyone to see Him is that He does not want to be made into any image or portrait of worship. We know Him by His word. He wanted to reveal Himself to the children of Israel and He told Moses to prepare the people to hear God. And He came down on Mount Sinai and there was such a great earthquake. Then God spoke to Moses in the hearing of the Israelites.

You need to know that your God speaks. He may not cause an earthquake or thunder before you hear Him today. If only you can listen with the ears of the spirit God will always speak to you. To hear God always you will need to develop a deep relationship with God in worship and prayers. It will get clearer as you go deeper. And His word will change your world.

Prayer: Lord, release grace for my closeness to you.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
