KINDNESS Hebrews 13:1-9 Devotional:- “Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some have unwittingly entertained angels” (v.2) NKJV The season we are in is a season of strangers, and close friends will come to locate you. You will find many in need of your assistance. God’s words teach us to be of assistance to such people. Even though we live in a very dangerous and delicate world, where so many unbelievable atrocities have been committed. Yet it does not mean we should completely neglect the instruction of this part of the scripture. We only need to obey God with wisdom. We are not to turn people away sharply; we only need to learn to discern what kind of people are coming around us. We also need to be wise not to disclose or open our hidden places to strangers. But I need to let you know that God honour those who honour strangers. If you read the bible, you will discover God has a special interest in widows, orphans and strangers. GOD OF REUNION

GOD OF REUNION

Genesis 33:1-11
Devotional:- “But Esau ran to meet him, and embraced him and fell on his neck and kissed him, and they wept (V. 4) AMPL

Relationship as it were determines so many things in our live. When there is a broken relationship many things also break. Jacob and his brother parted with great anger. He cunningly claimed his father’s blessing that the father had wanted to give to his brother Esau. The brother became so much embittered that he determined to kill Jacob. When the parents became aware, they agreed to send Jacob away to Laban a relation that is far away, thinking out of sight could be out of mind. When Jacob was leaving the house of Laban though he was blessed yet he had the fear of meeting his brother again. He prayed to God to touch the heart of his brother and God did.

You may also have a challenge, with someone in a relationship. It could be in the house or in the office. The word of God says the control of the heart of king’s is in the hand of God (Proverbs 21:1). Commit their heart to God’s hand; He can touch them for you. Though Jacob was so afraid to meet Esau his brother God had touched his heart: And their meeting was a great reunion.

This God can do the same for you too. No matter how long the relationship has been broken God is a master reunion and unity builder. He will restore love into your midst and there shall be peace and progress again in Jesus name.

Prayer: Lord, restore peace to my broken relationship.

“EVERYONE WITH A HEART IS UNDER THE CONTROL OF GOD”
