  GOOD REPORT   Proverbs 15:28-33 Devotional:- “The light of the eyes rejoices the heart, And a good report makes the bones healthy” (v.30) NKJV Today, in the whole world, the only kind of news celebrated by men is bad news. The reporters have also realised that people want bad news. So, they hardly report good things. If you listen to the news, read from the media or browse through the net, it is all about evil things happening all over the world. This is the trick of the enemy to cage the sons of men into sorrow and break the flow of joy in the lives of the people. The scripture we read today says, “good report makes the heart glad”. You must recognise the principle of a joyful life. It is a product of regular joyful reports (Proverbs 25:25). It is what you love to hear that your life will look like (Mark 4:24). you must know you are a product of what you are hearing. CHASTISEMENT OF GOD

Hebrews 12:1-11
Devotional:-  For whom, the Lord loves, He chastens and scourges every son whom He receives (V. 6) NKJV

    Some people always hate to be corrected. But this is a product of their ignorance. That is why Solomon said it is foolishness to hate correction (Proverbs 12:1). One of the attitudes of God as a good father is to chastise His people. This is because if a man is left to his evil, he will end up in destruction.

In the scripture we read today God's word instructs us as dear sons of God not to hate, refuse, or be offended by the chastisement of God. For example, if a Christians stop paying his tithe, God could suddenly make things tight for him. The purpose is to call his attention to his error and make corrections. Wisdom therefore demands that you should always check why things are not working for you. Sometimes it is God that is standing against some people's progress because of their disobedience. He did that to Balaam on his horse (Numbers 22:31-34). And He is still doing it to date. All that some people need is just mercy.

Friend, it will be wise for you to recognize God's correction and repent in time before losing many things. Stop going from church to church because you are disciplined. If God is against you whoever prays for you is in trouble. This is because God is a pillar of fire in front of you and someone is setting you free from Him. But as soon as you repent, He will remove devourer and His barriers from you (Joel 2:25). The earlier the better.

Prayer: Lord, give me a repentant heart.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
