  YOUR VICTORY IS WAITING John 16:25-33  Devotional:- “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world” (v. 33) NKJV It is of great importance that we recognize that there are two forces ruling the earth. They are the forces of God, and devil; light, and darkness, or good, and evil, You can refer to them in any of these ways. These two forces are consistently against each other. That is why darkness and light don’t co-exist. The moment there is light, darkness cannot stand there. But you will observe that one is stronger than the other. For example, if you are in a room and it is dark, if you put on the light darkness gives way. But it is impossible for darkness to come and off the light, or take over from light or chase light away. God is light and the enemy is darkness. “The light shines through the darkness and the darkness can never extinguish it” (John 1:5) TLB. This ...

EXCELLENT GOD

Psalm 8:1-9
Devotional:- “O Lord our God how excellent (Majestic and glorious) is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory on [or above] the heavens” (V. 1) AMPL

    What makes life glorious is when excellence is put into it. No matter how much a man is earning, the moment excellence is not his lifestyle, He will be void of glory and beauty. It is excellence that commands the glory of beauty in a man.

You need to know that your God is excellent. The Psalmist said, "How excellent is your name oh Lord". Can you imagine the work of creation? Beginning from the sun, to the moon, and the stars. They are excellently arranged. Look at the sea and the land. Look at the plants and the flowers. Look at the variation in different animals and birds. And to crown it all look at the multiple variations in human looks. All of these are products of God's excellent work.

Observe yourself well and know that your creation is a product of excellence. Look at your eyes, nose like a silencer, ears like a satellite dish, your mouth and all. See, you are truly wonderfully made

(Psalms 139:14). That is why you should always be excellent in all that you do. So that you can look exactly like your God. And by excellent living, you can command the beauty and the honor of God upon your life and ministry (Philippians 4:8) peace!


Prayer: Lord, help me to always give attention to excellence.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
