  DON’T HATE Matthew 5:43-48  Devotional:- “But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,” (V. 44) NKJV The subject of love is not always easy to practise between you, and those who have shown themselves as committed enemies. Those who will openly stand against you. Those who just hate you for no reason. Those who don’t pray that anything good should happen to you. Yet the Bible gave us a commandment in the midst of it all to love and never to hate them. What a great task! But until a Christian grows to this level, he cannot actually be called mature. The way to handle it is that we should bless those who curse us. Always do good to those who hate you. If they are moved by the spirit in them to do evil to you, be moved by the Spirit in you to love them. We cannot truly say we love till we can prayerfully demonstrate the character of love. KEEPING COVENANT

Psalm 89:20-36
Devotional:- “My covenant will not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips” (v.34) KJV

    Often we wait to receive the promise of God’s word but we don’t often understand that this will be only when we obey his instructions. So most people easily get wearied and divert their approach to solving their problem. But I need to let you know that God is a covenant-keeping God. When He promises, His word cannot fail.

If we learn from the patriarchs, many of them went through so many challenges. But God fulfilled His covenant of victory and success in their life. Even though Abraham waited for God's word, God's covenant was fulfilled in His life – So also Isaac and Jacob.

Today in our scripture God was confirming to the house of David that He would keep His word. He has promised never to remove His mercy from His Family and children and to give Him eternal throne. To this God has been found faithful.

Learn to hold unto God's word when He gives you any promise. He will surely fulfill it. He is not a man that will lie. His words are yea and amen. You will surely see the salvation of the Lord and your success shall be handed over to you. Only be sure that you put your trust in Him. He will surely restore your glory and strengthen you to make it. And your case shall turn to a testimony in Jesus name.

Prayer: Lord, fulfill your word concerning my situation.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
