MEMBERS OF HIS BODY  Ephesians 5:21-33 Devotional:- “ For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. ” (V.30) NKJV . 🎙 Victory Daily Devotional MEMBERS OF HIS BODY Support Us Pastor Remi Agbabiaka  ·  Ephesians 5:21-33 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com Believers need to know that God’s word calls us members of the body of Christ. There are so many clubs in this world that men are proud to be part of. This is because being a member of such a club entitles them to some benefit. It entitles them to some privileges and earns them great respect. Membership of such a club is not picked on the floor. It takes some process and commitment to achieve it. Much more than this , God’s word says we are members of the body of Christ. When I see some believers, not mindful of thei...

GOD’S PRESENCE

GOD’S PRESENCE

Psalms 16:1-11
Devotional:- “I have set the LORD always before me; Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved” (V. 8) NKJV

One of the weapons of faith all God’s children must carry in their minds is the presence of God. God promised us that He will be with us in whatever situation we may be (Isaiah 43:1-5, Matthew 28:19). But this will have no effect if left in our bible and not established in our Soul. You need to let it be settled in your heart that God is with you, and this will produce great power in your heart.

King David just showed us one of the secrets of his consistent victory, and that is the consciousness of the presence of God (Psalms 23:4). No wonder he could face Goliath (1 Samuel 17:37). No wonder he could get the foreskin of the Philistine without stress (1 Samuel 18:20-27). He was always aware of God’s presence, so fear was not his lifestyle.

If you also learn to live with this consciousness from now on, then you will sleep by faith, wake up in great joy and strength, launch out into each day with assurance and face those challenges with an assurance of your victory. Make this simply a cloth to wear for your mind. “The presence of God”, and you will always overcome.

Prayer: Lord, help me to be clothed with your presence.

“WHEN YOU ASSURE YOUR MIND OF HIS PRESENCE, IT WILL ALWAYS GIVE YOU PEACE”.

FOLLOWING CHRIST                   Luke 14:25-33 Devotional Verse:- "If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple” (Vs. 26)      God has enthroned Jesus as King of kings and the Lord of lords (Revelation 17:14). Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). Therefore, every citizen of the kingdom of God must be followers and disciples of Jesus.

DOMINION

DOMINION   Psalms 8:1-9 Devotional:- “You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet” (V. 6) NKJV      At creation, man was given dominion over all that God created. This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.
