THE PAST

THE PAST Isaiah 43:8-21 Devotional:- “Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old.” (v.18) NKJV God, who gives us a memory, want us to use our past experiences to help us make quality decisions in the future, but the past is always the enemy of the future for many. If you don’t know how to manage your memory system of the past, it is capable of standing against your success in the future. As emotional beings, we are sometimes faced with the challenges of memories of our past experiences, our errors and failures. You will observe that at every point of decision-making to progress, the enemy will bring back to your memory the past experiences of your failure. This is just to bring fear to your heart and make you doubt the possibility of your success, so you could lose your joy. The scripture we read today instructs us to let go of the past. MAN OF WAR

MAN OF WAR

Exodus 15: 1-12
Devotional:- “The LORD is a man of war; The LORD is His name” (V. 3) NKJV

Every man’s strength or weakness is traceable to his foundation. Your flow in life is not unconnected with your spring. God consciously chose each one’s background to provoke them to rise, and He hides His glory in it. God prepares everyone for his glory to make all glory be unto Himself (Isaiah 48:11). So, if your background is poor, congratulations, because in that poverty is hidden the strength of riches.

Situations and challenges are indeed weakening many people on earth. So many are now weak in faith and hope; multitudes are weak in prayer and victory. In the name of increase of knowledge people now depend less on God. Many of challenges are now confronting the human's life, and many people’s faith is becoming weak.

I must remind you that you cannot afford to be weak at this time. This is because your God is referred to as a mighty man of war. God’s word says He cannot grow weary (Isaiah 40:28). That is, His strength never diminishes. He cannot lose any battle; He is the strength of the victors. If He is your creator and your background is now in Christ, you cannot be weak. He in you makes you stronger than all that you can ever face. If you trust in the Lord, He will fight for you and you will hold your peace (Exodus 14:14). Please always reconnect to Him for the restoration of your strength, and situations of life will always bow to you. To reconnect with His strength, resume back to daily meditation in the word of God and create good time daily for. prayers (Isaiah 40:31; Daniel 11:32). Arise in the strength of your faith and wisdom of the Lord. Stand against whatever is stopping you, and you will overcome in Jesus name (1 Peter 5:8). Your strength is renewed from now on in Jesus' name. Peace!

Prayer: Lord, let your strength return to my life from within.

“IF HE THAT IS IN YOU IS STRONG, THEN LET THE STRENGTH FLOW THROUGH YOU”.
