  ASK Matthew 7:7-12  Devotional:- “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!” (V.11) NKJV For us to be able to enjoy the love of God as believers, we must begin to ask God for our needs. It is the principle of God that you will only have what you ask (Matthew 7:7). If you don’t speak out to ask, you may not be given. This was the problem of the senior brother of the prodigal son (Luke 15:29-32). Everything is for Him, but he had never asked for any. But the younger brother knew how to ask You must also learn how to ask. This is because you will only enjoy what you asked for. We therefore need to learn how to ask. The word ‘ask’ is not the same as beg or loan. The word asks suggests confidence and courage. It means to demand for what you are due for. A GOD

John 10:27-38
Devotional:- “If He called them gods, to whom the word of God came..." (v. 35)

    It is part of the order of life that the son is referred to by the name of his father. This is because he carries the genes of the father in him. Do you know that the children of the king are given the same honour just as their father? This is because men know that the children are part of their father. In the old times, a king ruled as the head of states. He puts his children to be rulers over the constituents.

In the case of sons of God, ours is more than that. We are gods because we are born of Him (I John 1:12). This then gives us the restoration of our right to be gods over the earth created by our Father. I need to let you know that God’s original intention was that man would be the god of this world. For this reason, He gave us dominion over all He has created.

He told Moses, I have made you a god to Pharaoh (Exodus 7:1). The truth is that you are God on earth. The scripture we read today said that God calls us god in His word (Psalms 82:6). And Jesus explained further how that is in John 10:35. He said unto whom the word of God has come. This is to let you know that when the word of God dwells in you, it turns you to God. That is, as many will allow the word in their lives, we gain divine status and, by it, will become gods on the earth. Notice that the Bible says the word was God, and it became flesh and dwelled with us. And as many as that received Him, he has given power to become sons of God.

Friend, don’t count it pride to be called god according to the scriptures (Philippians 2:6). But understand that this is a spiritual status that ordains you above natural influence. It affords you to walk in God’s righteousness, power, and victory. You can now spiritually begin to influence what goes on in your home, office, finances, and society for God. Wake up!

Prayer: Lord, course your word to jump on me to release me to my office.

“THE IDENTITY OF YOUR STATUS WILL RELEASE ITS BENEFIT ON YOU.”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
