MY SALVATION Habakkuk 3:9-19 Devotional:- “Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation” (V. 18). NKJV In the scripture today, Habakkuk made bold to say that even though the works of his hands are not prospering, even if his Labour fails, even if there is no food to eat, and his pocket is empty, yet he will rejoice in the Lord. What is the secret of Habakkuk? I will joy in the God of my salvation..., the Lord is my strength” A man who has experienced the salvation of the Lord can trust God for anything. If God could give his only son for our salvation. There is nothing else that he cannot offer freely to us  (Romans 8:32). And His salvation is our strength.  In salvation is great joy, irrespective of what is happening around you. To be saved is to allow Jesus to dwell in our heart (Revelation 3:20). When you allow Him to dwell in your heart, His joy will be established in you. You will always remember His saving grace gives you victory over all ...

A BELOVED

A BELOVED

Romans 9:23-26
Devotional:- I will call them my people, which were not my possible, and her beloved, which was not beloved” (V. 25) KJV

A part from the biblical use of the word beloved, which allows us to use it among believers, do you know that the greatest title any man or woman can earn in life is to be called beloved? This is someone you can probably refer to as your spouse. Your mother or your father cannot earn such a title. None of your sisters or brothers can fit in. None of your friends can as well fit in. This level of title is reserved for someone you are to him or her special. Someone you give unreserved love to. This is someone who has become very important and a treasure to you. As for this level of relationship, you are ready to invest anything. It is referred to as an intimate relationship.

Friend, I need to let you know that you are the one rejected and not worthy before God. But Jesus purchased you back to become the beloved of God (I John 3:1). Factually, you are not worthy, but God has decided to bestow His love on you. You are the most precious to God. That is why there is nothing God cannot do for you (Romans 8:32). Since you became a new creature by new birth in Christ, it has qualified you for this status in God.

Any time the enemy wants to cast your mind down, remind him of your status in Christ. “The beloved Christ” God does not refer to other creatures as beloved but man. It will only take new birth to come into this status. Please don’t allow condemnation of the devil in your heart anymore (Romans 8:1). Establish this in your subconscious mind: “I am a beloved of God." Do you know that God is always seeking your attention (Genesis 3:8)? Relate with Him as a beloved, and you will know His love.

Prayer: Lord, let me know your love in my life indeed.

“LOVE CONSCIOUSNESS IS WHAT CREATES THE BEST ENVIRONMENT FOR MAN’S LIFE.”
