  PROOF OF GOD I John 4:12-16 Devotional:- “No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us…”(V. 12) So many people today prove to be Godly. This is because it is becoming a noble thing to be Godly. This is the effect of the expansion of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. But many people have been trapped and disappointed by depending on the so-called Christian Brother or Sister syndrome. This is because we expect everyone who professes to be Christian and born again to just be honest and faithful. So we conclude on them because they are members orelders or pastors of the church.  But the Bible did not tell us that we will know them by their name or attendance in the church, but by their fruits (Matthew 7:15- 21). No man can give what he does not have. Anytime he wants to do so, he will give you frustration. What, therefore, is the proof of Godliness? It is love. SWORD OF THE SPIRIT

Hebrew 4:6-13
Devotional:- “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart” (V. 12) NKJV

    A sword is an important weapon of battle. It is a major weapon your enemies see and get scared, know that with it, you can kill and overcome. A sword is too delicate to play with. So those who go to war know that it is important. It will therefore be dangerous as a Christian that you live your life in this world of battles without a sword.

The bible says; the word of God is the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17). Don’t forget we are not fighting with flesh and blood. So, we are not talking about a physical sword (1 Corinthians 10:4). Through it, you can put your enemy out of your way. This is by taking it as you take the sword. When a warrior takes the sword, he swings it to kill the enemy. So also, as a Christian when you take the word of God, you are saying it should act like a sword to all that is against you. Nothing can escape it. (Joel 2:3).

You therefore need to start to see God’s word as the bible says it is. If it is released through your mouth by faith your enemy is in trouble. Start to use this weapon from now and your victory shall be established. Peace!

PRAYER: LORD, HELP ME TO ALWAYS PUT YOUR WORD IN MY MOUTH.

“SWORD HAVE NO MERCY”.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
