  ASK Matthew 7:7-12  Devotional:- “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!” (V.11) NKJV For us to be able to enjoy the love of God as believers, we must begin to ask God for our needs. It is the principle of God that you will only have what you ask (Matthew 7:7). If you don’t speak out to ask, you may not be given. This was the problem of the senior brother of the prodigal son (Luke 15:29-32). Everything is for Him, but he had never asked for any. But the younger brother knew how to ask You must also learn how to ask. This is because you will only enjoy what you asked for. We therefore need to learn how to ask. The word ‘ask’ is not the same as beg or loan. The word asks suggests confidence and courage. It means to demand for what you are due for. HELMET OF SALVATION

1 John 5:1-5
Devotional:- “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world-our faith” (V. 4 )NKJV

    God is a victorious God. So, when a man is adopted into sonship with God, the spirit of victory enters into him. This is what a man receives at new birth. God’s word says, that as many as believe in Him, He gave them the power to become the sons of God (John 1:12). The power of God that makes a man to become a child of God comes with strength for victory. So God’s word says whatever is born of God wins.

The fact that a child of God is defeated does not remove the fact that he is a victor. The ability for victory is within but if it is not activated, such a person is to be blamed. That is why you as a Christian must understand that your birth in Christ enlists you for victory but you must arise to claim your salvation by faith.

This is done by growing your faith life. This is growing the nature of God in your soul by the word of God (James 1:21). Unregenerated soul is the reason for our weaknesses as Christians (1 Peter 2:11). For a soul to be regenerated, it has to study the word of God consistently to believe, think, and speak the word. Remember the state of your mind determine the state of your life. This is how to put on the helmet of salvation. Faith is becoming Strong in the Lord. This is living in the consciousness of your new family in God. Never look down on your new personality, this must fill your mind and you declare it everywhere. “l am a child of God.”’ And your life will be secure.

PRAYER: LORD, ESTABLISH ME IN YOUR SONSHIP.

“VICTORY IN CHRIST IS THROUGH INHERITANCE BY FAITH“

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
