  GOOD REPORT   Proverbs 15:28-33 Devotional:- “The light of the eyes rejoices the heart, And a good report makes the bones healthy” (v.30) NKJV Today, in the whole world, the only kind of news celebrated by men is bad news. The reporters have also realised that people want bad news. So, they hardly report good things. If you listen to the news, read from the media or browse through the net, it is all about evil things happening all over the world. This is the trick of the enemy to cage the sons of men into sorrow and break the flow of joy in the lives of the people. The scripture we read today says, “good report makes the heart glad”. You must recognise the principle of a joyful life. It is a product of regular joyful reports (Proverbs 25:25). It is what you love to hear that your life will look like (Mark 4:24). you must know you are a product of what you are hearing. HELMET OF SALVATION

1 John 5:1-5
Devotional:- “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world-our faith” (V. 4 )NKJV

    God is a victorious God. So, when a man is adopted into sonship with God, the spirit of victory enters into him. This is what a man receives at new birth. God’s word says, that as many as believe in Him, He gave them the power to become the sons of God (John 1:12). The power of God that makes a man to become a child of God comes with strength for victory. So God’s word says whatever is born of God wins.

The fact that a child of God is defeated does not remove the fact that he is a victor. The ability for victory is within but if it is not activated, such a person is to be blamed. That is why you as a Christian must understand that your birth in Christ enlists you for victory but you must arise to claim your salvation by faith.

This is done by growing your faith life. This is growing the nature of God in your soul by the word of God (James 1:21). Unregenerated soul is the reason for our weaknesses as Christians (1 Peter 2:11). For a soul to be regenerated, it has to study the word of God consistently to believe, think, and speak the word. Remember the state of your mind determine the state of your life. This is how to put on the helmet of salvation. Faith is becoming Strong in the Lord. This is living in the consciousness of your new family in God. Never look down on your new personality, this must fill your mind and you declare it everywhere. “l am a child of God.”’ And your life will be secure.

PRAYER: LORD, ESTABLISH ME IN YOUR SONSHIP.

“VICTORY IN CHRIST IS THROUGH INHERITANCE BY FAITH“

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
