  GROWING Ephesians 4:9-16 Devotional:- “But, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head of Christ” (V. 15) God’s plan and desire is that we grow up. So many Christian today are growing older but not growing up. Many are stocked in perpetual spiritual infancy. This is because they never intend to grow. Spiritual growth is not automatic, it takes intentional commitment. You must want to grow, decide to grow, make an effort and persist in growing. Discipleship is the process of becoming like Christ (Matthew 10:25). In your spiritual growth, God has a part and you have a part. To be Christ-like you will need to make Christ like choices and depend on the Holy Spirit to help you fulfill those choices. The moment you are ready, you will need to let go of some old routines and develop some new habits. You will need to intentionally change the way you are thinking (Philippians 2:12-13). SHIELD OF FAITH

Hebrew 11:30-40
Devotional:- “By faith the walls of Jericho fell down after they were encircled for seven days” (V. 30) NKJV

    No one can handle any of the weapons of the Spirit successfully without faith. Shield of faith is one of the major weapons that works to establish our hearts in victory. Thank God for the ministry of prophets, but that has turned many weak and there is no need to grow in faith forgetting that the minister cannot always be with you. That therefore necessitates your personal growth.

As New Testament believers, the aim of Christ is that all believers should be priests and kings, and that is why you have to personally grow in faith (Rev. 5:10). . Faith is standing on the promises of the word of God. It is taking God by His word. It is working out your victory as directed by the Lord. Faith is seeing things as God sees them. It is accepting God’s word as the truth (John 17:17).

For you to grow in faith, you must always study God’s word. That is the source of faith (Romans 10:17). Faith comes into your spirit when the word of God is revealed to you. Faith makes you stand as Jesus will stand, speak as Jesus does. As you stand by faith not in your boldface but in the word of God, the host of heaven will always join you and the enemies will flee from you. Arise and win.

PRAYER: LORD, HELP ME TO INCREASE IN FAITH.

“WHEN FAITH STANDS ON THE ETERNAL FOUNDATION OF GOD’S WORD, IT CANNOT FAIL”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
