  GIFT AND GRACE Romans 12:3-8 Devotional:- “We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith”(V. 6) NIV   One of the means through which we can demonstrate our love to others is by using the grace and the gifts that are in our lives. As a child of God, you are privileged to enjoy two levels of gifts. The first are the talents and gifts. The second are the gifts of the Holy Spirit. There is no one who is not talented in one area or the other. It may be to cook, sing, design, draw or write. It could also be in the area of sport or decoration. But as a child of God, there is another dimension of gifts in your life given by the Holy Spirit. These are gifts of prophecy, healing, knowledge, wisdom, working of miracles, discernment of spirit, diverse tongues or interpretation of tongues (1 Corinthians 12:6-10). WEAPON OF LIBERTY 

John 8:31-36
Devotional:- "And you will know the truth and the truth will set you free” (V. 32) AMPL

    Knowledge is not just knowing but having a light (Psalms 119:130). So, knowledge is light. And when light comes darkness must depart. Many people today are in the bondage of darkness but the cure is light. This light is the light of the word of God (John 1:9). This is because the word of God is the truth (John 17:17). Other books are books of human discoveries, but the Bible is the word of God. So, it is the knowledge of the truth that sets us free from the darkness of life.

Some Jews surrounded Jesus and among them were their teachers. He knew the level of ignorance that had kept them from believing the word of God. So, He said to them, when you know the truth, you will be liberated from the darkness that darkened your understanding. But because they could not see in their mind what Jesus was saying, they never even knew that they were in any bandage. It is horrible when a man does not know that he does not know.

Friend, your knowledge of the truth is what will make you stronger than all lies of the devil. Whatever may be entangling you in life, the knowledge of the truth has the power to make you stronger than it. And then you will gain your liberty. All you need to do is to be willing to let the Holy Spirit teach you the truth through God’s word. Cherish the word of God from now and you shall be victorious.

Prayer: Lord, reveal the truth of your word to me for my liberty

 “KNOWING YOUR PORTION IS THE BEGINNING OF POSSESSION”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
