  SPECIAL CHILDREN Proverbs 23:15-25  Devotional:- “Do not let your heart envy sinners, But be zealous for the fear of the LORD all the day” (V.17) NKJV Today, the lives of children in most nations are becoming a great trouble. Many parents have lost control of their children. But in the midst of these hopeless situations of the future generation, yet some children allow the word of God to rule their lives, such children have the fear of God in them. These are children who keep a wise heart and who have learnt the right use of their lips. Who don’t open their lip to speak just anything but the truth and wisdom (Proverbs 23:16). These are children who don’t envy the way of sin, nor do they get themselves involved in the sinful nature of this generation. Rather, they fear the Lord, and this affects everything they do (Proverbs 23:17). WEAPON OF LIBERTY 

John 8:31-36
Devotional:- "And you will know the truth and the truth will set you free” (V. 32) AMPL

    Knowledge is not just knowing but having a light (Psalms 119:130). So, knowledge is light. And when light comes darkness must depart. Many people today are in the bondage of darkness but the cure is light. This light is the light of the word of God (John 1:9). This is because the word of God is the truth (John 17:17). Other books are books of human discoveries, but the Bible is the word of God. So, it is the knowledge of the truth that sets us free from the darkness of life.

Some Jews surrounded Jesus and among them were their teachers. He knew the level of ignorance that had kept them from believing the word of God. So, He said to them, when you know the truth, you will be liberated from the darkness that darkened your understanding. But because they could not see in their mind what Jesus was saying, they never even knew that they were in any bandage. It is horrible when a man does not know that he does not know.

Friend, your knowledge of the truth is what will make you stronger than all lies of the devil. Whatever may be entangling you in life, the knowledge of the truth has the power to make you stronger than it. And then you will gain your liberty. All you need to do is to be willing to let the Holy Spirit teach you the truth through God’s word. Cherish the word of God from now and you shall be victorious.

Prayer: Lord, reveal the truth of your word to me for my liberty

 “KNOWING YOUR PORTION IS THE BEGINNING OF POSSESSION”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
