TIME OF JOY Philippians 4:1-7 Devotional:- “Rejoice in the Lord always: and again l say, rejoice.” (V. 4) KJV One of the most important and most needed virtues of life is joy. When joy is not in place, many things may not be in place. It is joy that eases a man off the tension of life. It is joy that puts men always in health (Proverbs 17:22). It is joy that destroys our doubt. It is the joy in the Lord that increases our faith. It is joy that refreshes our minds and gives us mental richness. There are many more things that joy does in our lives, yet it looks so scarce in the lives of many. This is because there are not many pleasant situations that will help them rejoice. But you, as a believer, should know that you cannot afford to live in sorrow, for without joy, life will be totally in shambles. WEAPON OF LIBERTY 

John 8:31-36
Devotional:- "And you will know the truth and the truth will set you free” (V. 32) AMPL

    Knowledge is not just knowing but having a light (Psalms 119:130). So, knowledge is light. And when light comes darkness must depart. Many people today are in the bondage of darkness but the cure is light. This light is the light of the word of God (John 1:9). This is because the word of God is the truth (John 17:17). Other books are books of human discoveries, but the Bible is the word of God. So, it is the knowledge of the truth that sets us free from the darkness of life.

Some Jews surrounded Jesus and among them were their teachers. He knew the level of ignorance that had kept them from believing the word of God. So, He said to them, when you know the truth, you will be liberated from the darkness that darkened your understanding. But because they could not see in their mind what Jesus was saying, they never even knew that they were in any bandage. It is horrible when a man does not know that he does not know.

Friend, your knowledge of the truth is what will make you stronger than all lies of the devil. Whatever may be entangling you in life, the knowledge of the truth has the power to make you stronger than it. And then you will gain your liberty. All you need to do is to be willing to let the Holy Spirit teach you the truth through God’s word. Cherish the word of God from now and you shall be victorious.

Prayer: Lord, reveal the truth of your word to me for my liberty

 “KNOWING YOUR PORTION IS THE BEGINNING OF POSSESSION”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
