TAKE NO OFFENCE Luke 7:18-30 Devotional:- “And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me” (v.23) NKJV   🎙 Victory Daily Devotional TAKE NO OFFENCE Support Us Luke 7:18-30 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com Sometimes, men easily get offended. That is, they get annoyed and refuse to relate to one another. Many of us have some people we don’t greet now on this account. Some people have taken offence at their parents and relations, and they refused to relate to them. The truth is that if you know the harm you are doing to yourself by so doing, you will give up on this.   In the scripture we read today, John the Baptist was not happy because Jesus did not come to rescue him from prison, and he took offence at Christ. He sent messengers to Jesus to ask if He was the Christ or not. This question see...

ABSOLUTE TRUTH

ABSOLUTE TRUTH

Devotional:- “Sanctify them (purify, consecrate, separate them for yourself, make them holy) by the truth: your word is truth”. (V. 17) AMPL

Men sometimes face challenges and carelessly doubt the truthfulness of God. We sometimes find it easier to believe what is physical than the unseen God. That is why some so-called Christians still look for other means of security not knowing the implication of putting light and darkness together. Human doubt today is a result of the fact that we are not sure about the truthfulness of God.

You need to come to this understanding that God is the absolute truth. Whatever comes out of His mouth is the truth. It is so sure that you can let your life on it. That is why the word of God is called the truth. It is a sure word (2Peter 1:19). People even believe in the word of the devil more than the word of God not knowing that the devil is a liar (John 8:44). Lying is his dialect.

Friend, you need to stop your fear about what you feel the enemy is doing or saying. God is absolute truth and He can’t lie (Hebrews 6:18). Build your faith in his word. Stand strong and boldly in His promises. Put your hope in His covenant and you will never fail. If it looks delayed to you it is for your soon testimony. A delay is not a denial (Habakkuk 2:3). He will always stand by His word. Hold on to it so strongly and you will find your victory at last.

Prayer: Lord, I hold on to your word, make me see your wonders.

“THE TRUTH WILL ALWAYS COME TRUE SOONER OR LATER”
