  EVALUATION 2 Corinthians 13:1-10 Devotional:- “Examine and test and evaluate your own selves to see whether you are holding to your faith and showing the proper fruits of it. Test and prove yourselves [not Christ]. Do you not yourselves realize and know [thoroughly by an ever-increasing experience] that Jesus Christ is in you-unless you are [counterfeits] disapproved on trial and rejected?” (V.5)AMPC At such a time like this every one who desires to fulfill their destiny in life should evaluate themselves. Since life is about fulfilling your purpose, goal or destiny, it therefore becomes possible to measure where you are in the race of your life. The enemy often tries to make this time a period of sorrow for so many people. They will look back and see their poor performances. This will then make them break down to sorrow. THE LIVING GOD

THE LIVING GOD 

Devotional:- “As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father so he who feeds on me will live because of me” (v.57)

    God is the author of life, so, He is the living God. He is the one that gave the breath of life to the first man and life came into him (Genesis 2:7), All other gods may be lifeless but God is the living God. Very many heroes and prophets that men worship started living at a time and now have died and are no longer alive. But God is the eternal life. Even though Jesus had to die for our sins, the grave cannot retain Him for in Him is life and that is why He could resurrect.

Jesus was sharing in our scriptures today and telling the people of the need to feed on Him to gain the life of God. But they could not understand. To feed on Him Is to partake of the communion table, which is a figurative representative of His body and His blood. To feed on Him is to meditate on His word daily (Deuteronomy 8:3). Jesus says, that as we partake of this, the same life of God in Him begins to transfer to us. Since He is life, feeding on Him makes us have the life of God in us (John 6:53). It is the reason why as believers we have eternal life in us. That is why as a child of God, you must always partake of the communion table. You must always meditate on the word of God (John 6:63). And you will be able to retain His life in you. Refuse to give in to death in any area of your life, for He that is in you is the author of life.

Prayer: Lord, let your life be transferred into me daily.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
