  THANK HIM FOR ALL Zechariah 4:1-10 Devotional:- “The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; His hands shall also finish it and thou shalt know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto you” (V. 9) KJV In such a season as this, one of the weapons of the devil to steal the joy of many is discouragement. The enemy will make them see that God has not been good to them. He will make us to think of what God has not done, and not what He has done. He will make us compare ourselves to others and so one will see other people as better.   God can provide all that you need, and He is not mindful or unfaithful to you. He gave you the one you have today, but all that is good for your life. He will also give you if you can wait on Him by faith. Such time like this should challenge us to become better to do better. JEHOVAH SHALOM

Judges 6:12-24
Then Gideon built an altar there unto the LORD, and called It Jehovah-shalom…” (V.24) KJV

    Another scarce commodity in the affairs of many today is peace. Everyone loves peace but as much as people desire peace as much as it is not available to them. Until men locate the source of peace, they may never experience it the way it is supposed to be. God is the source of true peace and that is why Jesus is called the prince of peace (Isaiah 9:6).

An Angel of the Lord met Gideon and he was so shocked. When he met the angel, he never knew that it was an angel of God. But as they kept conversing after the sacrifice it dawned on him that he had been speaking with God unknowingly. So, he became afraid thinking he was going to die (Exodus 33:20). But God spoke to Him and said, “Peace be unto you, fear not for you shall not die. And he calls the place Jehovah-Shalom meaning, The Lord is Peace”.

Friend, get to know that God is your peace. He is your security and strength. He is your protection. When you always see God around you then His peace shall always surround you. Instead of death, you shall live. His gift of peace is without repentance if you will remain in Him(John 14:27; Romans 11:29). Now, He will give peace in your land and your life and family shall continue to experience the peace of God (Leviticus 26:6).

Prayer: Lord, help my heart to rest in your peace forever

“WHEN HE IS YOUR PEACE NO ONE WILL TROUBLE YOU”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
