  OVERFLOWING WITH JOY Psalm 23:1-6 Devotional:- “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over” (v.5) NKJV It is the will of God in this season to fill your life with good things until you overflow with joy. This is not God’s plan for a few people but for all mankind. He intends to make everyone overflow with the good things of life. What does it mean to overflow? This simply means God want everyone to experience an abundance of good things and then flow out to others (John 10:10).  King David was sharing the testimony of his own overflowing experience. Though the enemies wanted to stop him, the Lord did it for him. Despite all the challenges and hurdles he has to pass through yet God brought him to his overflowing experience. HE IS LOVE

Devotional:- “He who does not love has not become acquainted with God [does not and never did know Him], for God is love” (v.8) AMPL

    So many parts of the world have so much confusion about the word love. This is because some people don’t even know what love is. What a greater percentage of the world often experiences is fake love. Knowledge is supposed to promote love, but it is a pity, that it has reduced love in this generation. The increase in knowledge has become an excuse for many to stay out of love.

The scripture we read today says God is love. I realize that the major thing the world is looking for is love. We want a friend that we love. We want a spouse, a leader or a political party that loves us and looks after the welfare of the people. It is a pity that most people lack love. The truth is that the world cannot find love until they can locate the true love.

God is love. If you want love in your life, home, office, or nation you will only need to bring Him there. When there is God, there will be love. He so much loves you that He gave His son to die for you (John 3:16). What else will He not be able to do for you? (Romans 8:32). It will be wrong to keep looking for true love in man or woman without God. When anyone is not in Him don’t expect Him to have a sure lasting love. If you are a child of God that is the reason why it should be natural for you to love. If you are not able to love you have not known Him. Stop expecting perfect love from a man but in God. Cleave unto Him and you will always find love.

Prayer: Lord, let your love come into my heart and my home.

“WHEN GOD IS THERE, LOVE WILL BE THERE”

Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). Therefore, every citizen of the kingdom of God must be followers and disciples of Jesus.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
