ASK Matthew 7:7-12  Devotional:- “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!” (V.11) NKJV For us to be able to enjoy the love of God as believers, we must begin to ask God for our needs. It is the principle of God that you will only have what you ask (Matthew 7:7). If you don’t speak out to ask, you may not be given. This was the problem of the senior brother of the prodigal son (Luke 15:29-32). Everything is for Him, but he had never asked for any. But the younger brother knew how to ask You must also learn how to ask. This is because you will only enjoy what you asked for. We therefore need to learn how to ask. The word ‘ask’ is not the same as beg or loan. The word asks suggests confidence and courage. It means to demand for what you are due for. It means to ask for your rights and your entitlements in God (Galatians 3:13-14). The bible is a book of covenant ...

Ezekiel 48:30-35
Devotional:- “All the way around shall be eighteen thousand cubits, and the name of the city from that day shall be: THE LORD IS THERE” (v.35) NKJV

The total consummation of the plan of God is for Him to dwell amid men. The experience Adam and Eve had in the garden has remained our desire all day long. And not only our desire, it Is also the greatest desire of God. Just like He often visits Adam and Eve He has always desired to live amid Men

In our scripture, today is God’s revelation of the end time events to Ezekiel the prophet. God showed him all that would take place at the end of the age. How God desires to build a city and bring it down to the earth to dwell amid men. And the name of that city shall be the Lord is there. God’s word says, there will be no need for the sun nor the moon in that city, for the Lord shall be the light of the city (Revelation 22:5).

Friend, as a believer, you are the symbol of that city on earth today (1 Corinthians 3:16). And the word of God said you shall be called the Lord is there. That is why Jesus is called our Emmanuel. He promises never to live nor forsake us (Matthew 28:20). He is in you. Always have this at the back of your mind God is in your midst (Psalm 46:5). That is why your life and destiny shall surely find fulfillment. No matter what the case may be, you will surely make it.

Prayer: Lord, help me to always remember that you are in me.

“WHEN GOD IS IN YOU IT BECOMES IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO FAIL”
