  AUTHORITY Luke 10:5-20  Devotional:- “Look, I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy, and you can walk among snakes and scorpions and crush them. Nothing will injure you” (v. 19) NLT One of the most sought after instrument in this world is authority. In the social setting of the world, when people have acquire some things of life, they then begin to go for authority. But because Jesus came from above, he made available to every believer by the reason of His love what is called true authority. Authority is the power or right to enforce obedience. In the world here people cannot enjoy absolute authority. They can only enjoy delegated authority. But do you know that we have greater authority? And we can grow in this authority to become greater and greater by the level of our faith. We can possess total authority over the enemy the moment we are in tune with God and don’t mingle with sin. OMNIPRESENCE

Psalm 139:1-12
Devotional:- “If l ascend into heaven, you are there; if I make my bed in shoel (the place of the dead), behold, you are there” (V. 8) AMPL

    God the creator of the ends of the earth fills everywhere. He is everywhere and there is nothing hidden from Him. He can see all things. His sight is stronger than all microscopic equipment and this is because He is everywhere.

The scripture we read today showed us God as someone you can’t hide from because He is everywhere. God’s word teaches us that God is a Spirit (John 4:24). And He is not limited to a place or space. He is in heaven and He is at the same time on the earth, God fills all things. There is nothing that can be hidden from Him. He sees all in the rock and the sea. He can count the volume of the sand and the particles of the rock. We are yet to have a machine that can count the sand at the sea shore but God knows the number. Whether it is night or day, it is the same to God.

That is why your enemy can not hide from Him. It is the reason why you cannot be consumed. If they meet against you in the rock or sea, He is there to scatter their plans (Isaiah 54:15). Call upon Him anywhere you may be or find yourself. He will always hear you and help you. His hand is not short to reach you where you are to give you an answer to your prayers. He is a great God.

Prayer: Lord, let your presence always be with me and my family.

“NO MATTER THE PLACE, GOD IS THERE”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
