  THE MOST IMPORTANT THING 1 Corinthians 13:1-13 “Three things will last forever-faith, hope, and love-and the greatest of these is love”. (V. 13) In belonging to God and his family the most important thing is love. Because God is love and the most important lesson He wants us to learn is how to love. It is in loving that we look like Him. Loving makes you obey all the laws of God (Gal. 5:14). God wants us to love everyone but particularly members of His family (1 Pet 2:17). A major reason God wants us to specially love members of His family is because He wants His family to be known for love more than any other thing (John 13:35). God want us to be in regular close fellowship with other believers because you cannot develop the skill of love in isolation. To learn to love you must be around imperfect, frustrating and people of different characters.  Love should be your richest priority in life. Psalm 139:1-12
Devotional:- “If l ascend into heaven, you are there; if I make my bed in shoel (the place of the dead), behold, you are there” (V. 8) AMPL

    God the creator of the ends of the earth fills everywhere. He is everywhere and there is nothing hidden from Him. He can see all things. His sight is stronger than all microscopic equipment and this is because He is everywhere.

The scripture we read today showed us God as someone you can’t hide from because He is everywhere. God’s word teaches us that God is a Spirit (John 4:24). And He is not limited to a place or space. He is in heaven and He is at the same time on the earth, God fills all things. There is nothing that can be hidden from Him. He sees all in the rock and the sea. He can count the volume of the sand and the particles of the rock. We are yet to have a machine that can count the sand at the sea shore but God knows the number. Whether it is night or day, it is the same to God.

That is why your enemy can not hide from Him. It is the reason why you cannot be consumed. If they meet against you in the rock or sea, He is there to scatter their plans (Isaiah 54:15). Call upon Him anywhere you may be or find yourself. He will always hear you and help you. His hand is not short to reach you where you are to give you an answer to your prayers. He is a great God.

Prayer: Lord, let your presence always be with me and my family.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
