  ASK Matthew 7:7-12  Devotional:- “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!” (V.11) NKJV For us to be able to enjoy the love of God as believers, we must begin to ask God for our needs. It is the principle of God that you will only have what you ask (Matthew 7:7). If you don’t speak out to ask, you may not be given. This was the problem of the senior brother of the prodigal son (Luke 15:29-32). Everything is for Him, but he had never asked for any. But the younger brother knew how to ask You must also learn how to ask. This is because you will only enjoy what you asked for. We therefore need to learn how to ask. The word ‘ask’ is not the same as beg or loan. The word asks suggests confidence and courage. It means to demand for what you are due for. THE FAITHFUL

1 Thessalonians 5:23-28
Devotional:- “Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it” (V.24) KJV

       Another characteristic of God that you need to know today for your faith is God’s faithfulness. For one reason or the other man may not be faithful, but God forever remains faithful. When men make promises they may not have the ability to fulfill them. People always love to express their desire but are often limited in strength to carry it out. So, you cannot sometimes blame them. Some may even promise and forget but it is not so with God.

Habakkuk said, though His promises tarry wait for it, for it shall surely come to pass (Habakkuk 2:3). That is why you can wait for the promises of God’s word. That is why you can trust His word. He will surely not fail. His words are yea and amen (2 Corinthians 1:20). You can predict God’s faithfulness. It may seem delayed, wait for it. He is a faithful God (Heb.10:23).

You might have been waiting on God’s word for a situation in your life. All you need to do is to learn to build your faith based upon His word for you to arise in obedience to God’s instruction. And signs and wonders will follow your life and family. Men may laugh at you today, they will laugh with you at last.  Surely God‘s faithfulness will speak in your situation.

Prayer: Lord, establish your faithfulness in my life.

“GOD’S FAITHFULNESS IS THE REASON FOR HIS ENDURING GLORY”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
