  PALMS OF HIS HAND Isaiah 49:14-20  Devotional:- “See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me.” (V.16) NKJV Sometimes in the course of the journey of life, we look at ourselves and ask questions. Who created me? Why am I created? Such times make life look not worth living; ungodly men at such times could consider death as a better option than living. When they see others laughing, they ask, what is making them laugh? Friend, Your laughter will soon come. Do you know that you are a special creature of God? The scripture we read today said you are inscribed in the palms of God’s hand. That means he loves you and is not willing to forget you. In Isaiah 49:15, He said, others could forget you, but He will not. When a man is in love with a woman, they take the pictures of each other all around in their books, bags and even in their bible. They look at the picture and have a feeling of love. They are never ashamed to show it to others....

WHAT IS SUCCESS?

1 Samuel 17:31-39
Devotional:- “Your servant has killed both lion and bear; and this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, seeing he has defied the armies of the living God." (v. 36)

    A major hidden challenge in the life of most people today is the inability to define what success is. Due to this ignorance, people try to attain success in a wrong way, pursuing what is not success. This ignorance has made many to put the cart before the horse and had made life a total struggle. The biggest trouble of the world today is people trying to become successful in a wrong way.

Success is a state of being courageous and confidence to always succeed. To succeed is to achieve a desired goal or result. But success is a status of being capable to achieve desired result in life. Success could better be seen as a personal status of life. Success is a state of life when you are completely contented or happy with what you are. This is due to fact that you knowing you can always get your desired result.

Success is a state of life where your life becomes predictable (Psalms 23:1). It is a state of life where a man has developed the skill for an achievement and he is confident about it.

Success is not the material achievements but rather the inner resilience ability to achieve without stress. Material thing can finish, but success is a life pattern that can always reproduced. Success is whom you are. It is an ability that has been formed and will be part of you forever. It is therefore this ability that we need to build and we will keep succeeding. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me the grace to build up success in me.

“SUCCESS IS WHO YOU ARE AND NOT WHAT YOU HAVE”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
