HE NEVER CONDEMNS

HE NEVER CONDEMNS John 8:1-11  Devotional:- “She said, "No one, Lord." And Jesus said to her, "Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more”” (V. 11) NKJV One of the tricks the devil often used against man is to make us feel condemned. To be condemned is a feeling of self-judgment. It is the act of judging oneself to death when God has not. A man with condemnation cannot be bold or courageous. He cannot exercise faith. He cannot take a risk and so cannot find it easy to succeed. The truth is that God does not condemn man. So it is like man to feel condemned, and it is the handiwork of the devil. It was said about Jesus, “for God did not send His son into the world to condemn the world, but that through Him might be saved” (John 3:17).  God has appointed Jesus to judge the earth. But that is not now. Condemnation is a feeling that one has been written off and is not worthy of living anymore. The only people who will face God’s final condemnation are those who refused to...

COURAGE

COURAGE

Scripture: Joshua 1:1-9
Devotional:- Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them. (V 6) NKJV

Courage is the act of willingness to dare the impossible. It is facing situation notwithstanding the fearful nature. Though it has a little difference from faith, yet, we need the two. When you see anyone achieving anything great, he/she is just in the attitude of courage. Everyone who want to be successful must build up the habit of courage.

God said to Joshua “you will need to be courageous”. This is learning to act in strength not withstanding terrifying situation. In the course of pursuing your course on earth, some challenges will arise. The purpose of these challenges is to intimidate you to stop (1 Samuel 17:33-34; Nehemiah 6:8-9). When people see a vision taking off, they all rejoice. But when they see it going beyond what they expect they become jealous. So, get ready.

To build up in courage is to be willing to stand in Christ, till you win. He is the solid rock. It is to load your mind with revelation of the word of God (1 John 4:4Romans 8:31). Be ready to face your fear. You will discover it is just an intimidation. There is no one who will not be intimidated but if you want to be a success, you won't mind it. Fear is a lie. Fear is a weak attempt to stop a true giant in you. Don't give in. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, let the giant of the Holy Spirit always arise in me.
