  CHILDREN OF GOD I John 3:1-3  Devotional:- “Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him” (V.1) NKJV One of the unique things on earth is that, each one belongs to one family or the other. Some are from a great family, their name sounds great, and others are from a family that is not well-known. The truth is that, the lineage each of us belongs to, sometimes speaks and shows in our live. Those who are seen as children of great people in the world are often counted as privileged. But the scripture we read today is aimed at making you appreciate the privilege of being a child of God. It doesn’t matter whether you are born into a great family on earth or not. God has decided to bestow His love on you by calling you His child (Galatians 4:7). This is the greatest family in heaven and earth. The moment you are born again, you are born of God (John 1:12). FINANCIAL SKILL

Scripture: Deuteronomy 8:10-20
Devotional:- "And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day” (V 18) NKJV

    Another important skill to make a man become a success is the financial skill. This becomes a major affair when people don't have the foundational opportunity to have developed mentally in the area of finances. Some people live with this struggle all their life. Those who are able to overcome it are those who have to learn and develop this skill in the course of the journey of life.

God said “there is a power to get wealth”. One of the definitions of power is ability. In other words, disability is what makes it impossible for a man to make wealth and have financial freedom. This ability is given to us when we allow God to give us a leading and a working idea for our profiting (Isaiah 48:17-18; Psalms 23:1). This ability is given to us when we get involved in making, managing and multiplying money through trading. This ability of God can always lead us to getting wealth but earning is not the end.

In finances, ability to deny self, to have a long-term planning, to achieves a worthwhile goal is key. This then led us to saving skill practices. Strong discipline to budget and adhere strictly to it. Living our size per time and obeying the Lord to sow in other to enjoy more of his blessings. All these are vital. We shall enjoy grace for fruitfulness this year in Jesus name. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me understanding for my financial freedom

“NO FINANCIAL SKILL, NO FUTURE”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
