MAKING GOD HAPPY Numbers 6:22-27 Devotional:- “May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you” (V. 25 NLT) One of the goals of our life is to make God happy. This is because the goal of worship is to make God happy. A man can make God happy when he pleases the Lord in all His ways. Job was a man who pleases the Lord in his life time (Job 1:8). Noah was another man who also pleased God in his generation (Genesis 6:8). We are living for the glory of God when we live to make God happy by pleasing the Him. To make God happy, we must love Him supremely (Luke 14:26). No one loved us as God does. He knows what no one knows about us that is why we must love Him more than ALL. It is possible to love God supremely when we relate closely with Him (Hosea 6:6; Matthew 22:37-38; Genesis 6:9). To make God happy, we must learn to trust Him completely. FAITH

FAITH

Scripture: Romans 10:10-18
Devotional:- “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” (v. 17) NKJV

When it comes to success, it will be impossible to experience it without faith. This is because faith is action of our conviction. It is faith that helps us to draw on the strength of God. It is faith that connects dreams to achievement. It is faith that makes man stronger than barrier. It is faith that ignite the fire of possibility in us.

Faith is a confidence in the promises of God beyond reasonable doubt. To cultivate the habit of faith, you need to know that faith is not from the realm of mental ability like determination. So, it is our spirit-man that faith ignites. It is the injection of the energy of the spirit into our mind that makes us rises up to attain unimaginable. It is faith that draws spiritual blessings to the physical.

To grow the habit of faith, you need to know that faith is released into man by spiritual information which is the word of God (Romans 10:17). It came as we hear or meditate in the word. Whenever we need anything from God, what we should do is to locate the promises of the word of God that covenanted it for us. When we meditate over such covenant, the spirit of the word drops into our spirit man to energize us to action (John 6:63). This makes us demonstrate divine energy for result. It is a new day. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, teach me the act of faith.
