  SPIRIT OF JOY Galatians 5:16-26 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness” (v.22) NKJV For all men to experience an ever-flowing joy, we must first possess the spirit of joy. God is the source of joy. When He is in a man, He brings His joy along (Psalm 16:11). Since God is a Spirit, He can only be with men by dwelling in them. When the spirit of God dwells in a man, he will experience unlimited joy. One of the most neglected exercises in the church is people receiving the Holy Spirit. Most Christians look for one excuse or the other to neglect the Holy Spirit in their life. Sometimes people feel the Holy Spirit is not that necessary. Some people feel it is an old way of following the Lord. But you need to know that if you lack the Spirit of God, God’s word says that you are none of His own (Romans 8:9). POSITIVE HEART

Scripture Reading: Mark 9:17-27
Devotional:- Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes." (v.23) NKJV

    A positive heart is a heart that sees success despite the surrounding circumstances. What you see often in your mind will always be your result in life. A positive heart is capable of producing anything. It is capable of achieving anything.

To have a negative heart is a normal thing. This is due to the atmosphere been filled with negative things. Most people around us have negative mind, so they often respond and react to us negatively. And since every man is a product of his environment, to have a negative mind is the easiest.

Becoming a success demand that we don't go the popular way. We must take the way of God. We don't even allow our experience or comments from people to shapes us but the word of God. To live with a negative mind and not commit atrocities can only be by the spirit and the word of God (1 Samuel 17:32). For a man to be positive, he must put his confidence on something. That is why our confidence must be in the living God who is able to do all things.

The word of God says “our lives will follow the way of our heart (Proverb 23:7). That is why a man cannot have a negative heart and succeed (Matthew 12:35). This is because your life is from your heart. Believe in what the word of God says about you, take it as the truth for yourself and you will have success. Peace.

PRAYER: Holy Spirit help me to build a positive heart from your word.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
