  FILLING HIS MIND Psalms 8:1-9  Devotional:- “What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? “ (V.4) NKJV When two people are at the peak of love, their entire minds will be full of one another. There is nothing else that will gain stronger attention at such a time. If you employ a man who is always thinking of his wife, may he work. He will always have his rapt attention for the woman. This is because love is one of the things that does not want shared attention in the mind of man. And as much as men may have their minds filled with the thought of their lovers, as much as they can be empty of it sometimes. But God is not a man who can sometimes forget His own beloved. The scripture we read today says, His mind is full of you. That is, He is always thinking of you. His entire attention is on you. That is why you need to look at your challenges. LABOUR OF LOVE

Devotional:- “For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor o love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister” (V. 10)

    There Is a need to have the understanding of the labour of love. Cultivating quality relationship is a lot of work. Most people are just looking for pleasure. They do not know that to build a good relationship of any type demands some kind of labour. This is because we all come from different background. To become one in understanding, view and focus is a lot of work. To reform an adult is virtually one of the greatest works on earth. Even, God don’t find it easy with man (Genesis 6:5-8).

The word of God says, God is not unjust to forget our work and labour of love. This simply mean that God appreciate labour of love. Everyone who gives him/herself to work toward creating healthy relation is appreciated by the Lord. The labour of love is the patient we have with each other to wisely and prayerfully communicate our differences till we can blend together as one.

Anyone who is not ready to pay these costly prices cannot build or sustain good relationship. It is not even two or three years work it is a lifetime one. It is a work on others that make us work on ourselves too. It is a work that forces you to compromise self and change to attain peace and unity in relationship. At the end, it will be a work that is really worth embarking on. So, be humble to put in your best. At the end, it shall be sweet. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me the grace to labour for my future sweetness.

“HE THAT WILL EAT THE HONEY IN THE ROCK WILL NOT MIND WEAKENING THE AXE.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
