  LIVING WTH VISION Proverbs 29:17-25  Devotional:- “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he” (v. 18) KJV People may not be able to enjoy the best of God’s love until they live with a vision. God only releases provision for a vision. If you have your vision of life, and you are ready to pursue it, then you can be too sure of a glorious tomorrow. This is because God will do everything to see to the fulfilment of your vision. All God-given visions are capable of building a great destiny. Vision is an insight into the plan and programme of God for your life. Since it has to do with insight, it can only be revealed or unfolded. So it will take waiting on the Lord to receive the revelation of God concerning your life (Habakkuk 2:1). Waiting here simply means consciously standing in God’s presence to see into His mind for you. God’s vision for His children are in dieverse ways. BE AN EXAMPLE

BE AN EXAMPLE

Devotional:- Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity” (V. 12).

    Everyone involved in relationship should seek to be an example. To be an example is to be a model for what is right in the relationship. It is not enough for us to know or always say what we ought to do or be doing in our relationship. It is very important that we become doer of what we are saying. If you will not do what you are saying, nobody will do it. The right mind-set is that, I must be in front to do what I am asking others to do and not just do as I say.

The word of God says we should be an example to all in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. A life that only want to direct others without standing in front to be an example will soon be despised. With time, he/she will no longer be respected. Some people that refused to grow to maturity as a choleric, always want to lead but not by example. That way; no one will want to keep doing what they are saying.

Friend, there is no one made to be a slave for another. If you want people to follow your instructions or advises, then be the first to do it. No one can build a quality relationship or leadership when he is not an example. Please, be a doer of whatever you want others around you to do. That is the way to raise godly children. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to be humble to always do what is right.

“ONLY AN EXAMPLE CAN RAISE OTHER FAITHFUL LEADERS”.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
