  FRIENDSHIP WITH GOD Romans 5:1-11 Devotional:- “For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life” (V. 10)  As a kingdom citizen please known that God wants to be your best friend. This is because intimacy is part of your act of worship. It is true that God is our maker and redeemer yet he wants to be our friend. Remember we were made to live continually in God’s presence but it is sin that makes us loose that (Gen 3, Roman 3:23)  In our scripture for today we saw that it was grace through the sacrifice of the cross that gives us access to friendship with God (2 Corinthians 5:18). Our friendship with God does not mean casual acquaintance but close and trusted relationships just like the best man in a wedding. ONE LANGUAGE

Genesis 11:1-9
Devotional:- “And the Lord said, “Indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them” (V. 6)

    As people who have agreed to live together in relationship, we must truly be one so much that we can always speak one language. To speak one language is not just about the same dialect, but rather it is speaking the same thing together in love. It is for the two to speak in the same direction and the same focus. To speak one language is to speak as agreed by the parties.

The Bible says, the people have become one and they have one language. This will make their desires to be possible through the power of unity (Psalm 133:1). But it is possible for people to be speaking one language because they first become one. One of the evident of a united family is oneness. This includes oneness in vision and understanding. A family of one language must be effective in communication and having clear understanding of their vision.

Until a relationship can attain the level of one language, they cannot be strong and focused in achievement. The word of God likens one language as an indivisible power of achievement. It is stronger than the forces of this world. It will make relationship perform at its best. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me the grace of one language in my relationship.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
