  HOW SERVANTS THINK Numbers 14:11-25 Devotional:- “But My servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit in him and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land where he went, and his descendants shall inherit it” (V. 24).   To be a servant requires complete mental shift and change in attitude. Before God, attitude count more than achievement (2 Chronicles 25:2). So, when we look at how real servants think, they think more about others than themselves. Humility is not thinking less of ourselves but thinking of ourselves less (Philippians 2:4). Jesus takes the form of a servant (Philippians 2:7). We can measure our servant’s heart by how we respond when others treat us as servants. Real servants think like a steward and not owner. They keep in mind that God owns it all.  To become a real servant you’ve got to settle the issue of money in your life (Luke 16:13). LONG LIFE 

Scripture Reading: Psalms 91:1-16
Devotional:- “With long life I will satisfy him, And show him My salvation." (V. 16) NKJV

    Living long is determined by God. He is the one that has the control of life and death. So, He gives it to each one as He wishes. He made all men for a purpose. The fulfillment of a purpose is a determining factor for existence in this word (John 19:30; 2 Timothy 4:6-8). Yet, the word of God gives us a covenant of long life.

The word of God says “if we can set our love genuinely upon God and know His name, then He will satisfy us with long life (Psalms 91:14-16). To love God means, to be willing to do His will. To be passionate about the issues of His kingdom. To know His name is to meditate to gain the mystery behind His name. Then, the love of God will make us executors of His plan and His name will prove faith in us to live in health.

Friend, it’s time to cast the love of God in our heart. Whatever concerns God should become our delight, so that the enemy don’t just prevail against us. No devil can take your life when God is keeping it. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me grace to set my love on you.

“YOU WILL DO ALL WITHIN YOUR POWER TO KEEP YOUR LOVED ONE ALIVE”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
