CHOICE OF JOY Acts 16:20-30 Devotional:- “But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.” (V.25) NKJV So many people in this world have not woken up to the fact that the way they live is their choice. One of the greatest errors is to think that the situation a man finds himself, is the determining factor of his life. This is not true. Please come to an awareness of this truth from now on: that you are living as you have chosen to live. Get to know that you are a creature of choice. Whatever your choice is, that is your lot. God chooses no evil for anyone in life (Jeremiah 29:11). Whether you are happy or not, whether you are rich or not, whether you are healthy or not, it is your choice; if you decide otherwise from now and stand by your decision, things will change for you. BLOOD OF COVENANT

Scripture Reading: Zechariah 9:10-17
Devotional:- "As for you also, Because of the blood of your covenant, I will set your prisoners free from the waterless pit.” (V. 11)

    Covenant is stronger than agreement because it is not just seal by human signature. It is seal by blood. Remember that blood contains life (Leviticus 17:11). So, the covenant of God is sealed with blood. In the Old Testament, it used to be the blood of animals but in the New Testament, it is sealed with the blood of Jesus (Hebrews 7:25-28).

The covenant of God for you is purchased by the blood of Jesus. This is because; no man can be qualified to receive from God. It is the blood of Jesus that gives us access to God. That is why everyone who wants to enjoy the blessing of God must accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. It is when the angels see the blood that he knows who to visit and who not to. That is why Jesus commanded us to take His blood and body always (Luke 22:19-20).

The blood of Jesus gives us access to the protection, healing, deliverance, answered prayers, freedom and all the blessings of God. It is the prize that Jesus paid that gave you the prize. It is not your work or righteousness but His grace. So, please value God’s goodness to you and your family. It is all at the expense of Jesus death and resurrection. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for the prize of your blood.

The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
