  GOOD REPORT   Proverbs 15:28-33 Devotional:- “The light of the eyes rejoices the heart, And a good report makes the bones healthy” (v.30) NKJV Today, in the whole world, the only kind of news celebrated by men is bad news. The reporters have also realised that people want bad news. So, they hardly report good things. If you listen to the news, read from the media or browse through the net, it is all about evil things happening all over the world. This is the trick of the enemy to cage the sons of men into sorrow and break the flow of joy in the lives of the people. The scripture we read today says, “good report makes the heart glad”. You must recognise the principle of a joyful life. It is a product of regular joyful reports (Proverbs 25:25). It is what you love to hear that your life will look like (Mark 4:24). you must know you are a product of what you are hearing. BLOOD OF COVENANT

Scripture Reading: Zechariah 9:10-17
Devotional:- "As for you also, Because of the blood of your covenant, I will set your prisoners free from the waterless pit.” (V. 11)

    Covenant is stronger than agreement because it is not just seal by human signature. It is seal by blood. Remember that blood contains life (Leviticus 17:11). So, the covenant of God is sealed with blood. In the Old Testament, it used to be the blood of animals but in the New Testament, it is sealed with the blood of Jesus (Hebrews 7:25-28).

The covenant of God for you is purchased by the blood of Jesus. This is because; no man can be qualified to receive from God. It is the blood of Jesus that gives us access to God. That is why everyone who wants to enjoy the blessing of God must accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. It is when the angels see the blood that he knows who to visit and who not to. That is why Jesus commanded us to take His blood and body always (Luke 22:19-20).

The blood of Jesus gives us access to the protection, healing, deliverance, answered prayers, freedom and all the blessings of God. It is the prize that Jesus paid that gave you the prize. It is not your work or righteousness but His grace. So, please value God’s goodness to you and your family. It is all at the expense of Jesus death and resurrection. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, thank you for the prize of your blood.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
