  GROWING Ephesians 4:9-16 Devotional:- “But, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head of Christ” (V. 15) God’s plan and desire is that we grow up. So many Christian today are growing older but not growing up. Many are stocked in perpetual spiritual infancy. This is because they never intend to grow. Spiritual growth is not automatic, it takes intentional commitment. You must want to grow, decide to grow, make an effort and persist in growing. Discipleship is the process of becoming like Christ (Matthew 10:25). In your spiritual growth, God has a part and you have a part. To be Christ-like you will need to make Christ like choices and depend on the Holy Spirit to help you fulfill those choices. The moment you are ready, you will need to let go of some old routines and develop some new habits. You will need to intentionally change the way you are thinking (Philippians 2:12-13). PEACEFUL HOME

Scripture Reading: Exodus 1:10-22
Devotional:- “And so it was, because the midwives feared God, that He provided households for them” (V. 21) NKJV

    Good home is a gift from God. Human wisdom may not be able to deliver it. A peaceful home is a joy of all the living. As the world is turning wicked, good home is becoming scarce. But the word of God gave us the covenant that gives access to have a good home.

We read about the experience of the nurses of the children of Israel in the land of Egypt. Pharaoh the king gave an instruction for the killing of every male child of the Israelites. But the mid wives fear the Lord, so they were not killing the male children of the Israelites. They do not want to join the devil in agenda (John 10:10). And because they fear the Lord, God gave them beautiful families.

Friend, God is the same yesterday, today and forever. What He did to those nurses He can do for you if only you will do what they did. They fear the Lord and shun evil (Job 28:28). Fear God in your dealing with people. Fear God in treating what God has committed into your hand, your family, your office, the house of the Lord and the community. And God will make your home a peaceful one. Peace.

Prayer: Lord, plant your fear in my heart

“GOOD HOME IS A TREASURE GIVEN BY GOD”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
