MEEKNESS

  MEEKNESS Numbers 12:1-10 Devotional:- “(Now the man Moses was very humble, more than all men who were on the face of the earth.)” (v.3) NKJV A great virtue that will help a man sustain a life of joy is meekness. This is an act of being gentle and ready to accept instructions and corrections. This is an act of not being willing to struggle with God but to easily submit to His will. Jesus said this kind of people will inherit the earth (Matthew 5:5). This is because they will always be willing to take instruction and correction. Sometimes correction or discipline of love could be harsh or strong, but a meek person has the fortitude to bear it and rejoice at it because he knows that such will always get him better and stronger. The meek are willing to wait to receive the help of God. He is simple when it comes to accepting the will of God. To him, God is always good, which makes him ever thankful and joyful. DIVINE HEALTH    

PROVERBS 3:5-8
Devotional:- “It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones.” (v.8)

    Sickness is taking a new shape in our world today. We hear about all kind of sicknesses in the news almost on daily basis. You will not be part of these in Jesus Name. The reason for most of this affliction is lack of knowledge. We can overcome all of these when we work in divine wisdom.

Please observe that sickness is basically an affliction of the devil. These happens when he takes advantage of the weakness of men. That a man is weak doesn't mean he should be sick. The truth is that, sickness happens when a man's immune system is broken down. That is why you must not allow sorrow of the heart to drive you into tension (Proverbs 15:13). 

Instead of tension in our heart, we should cultivate the habit of trusting in the Lord. Don't depend on your own strength, wait on Him for instructions and He will direct you on what to do. Then, you can trust Him to help you out of every situation. Fear Him to always obey Him, then take your rest and joy in His faithful promises. Then the peace of God will always rest in your heart (Phil. 4:4-7). Then His peace will rule your life and you will live in good health always. Peace 

PRAYER: Lord, by your wisdom help me to live in divine health all the days of my life.

"WISDOM DOES NOT ONLY PRODUCE WEALTH, BUT ALSO HEALTH"

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
