  ATMOSPHERE OF LOVE l John 4:12-19 Devotional:- “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.“ (V. 18) NKJV In any environment where love is predominant, such environment will be characterized with liberty. So many people who desire an atmosphere of love today unconsiciously create barriers agaisnt it by not creating a free environment. In the home of some people, though they complain there is no love, they don’t create liberty among themselves. The scripture we read today says, “There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. “A very good portrait of love is the atmosphere God created in the garden of Eden at creation. God wanted love, and so He made it a free relationship. Liberty is not an absence of rules and regulations but the joy of living by the rules without fear. Daniel 5:1-12
Devotional: -“There is a man in your kingdom in whom is the Spirit of the Holy God. And in the days of your father, light and understanding and wisdom, like the wisdom of the gods, were found in him; and King Nebuchadnezzar your father-your father the king-made him chief of the magicians, astrologers, Chaldeans, and soothsayers.” (v.11)


One of the Old Testament saints who demonstrated divine wisdom is Daniel. He was a slave in the land of Babylon, yet he became a ruler in the same land. Wisdom will make a man ruler wherever he lives. This is because men of wisdom are not common. You and I are sons and daughters of wisdom by the Spirit of God that is in us. 

In the scripture we read today, King Belshazzar had a party for his cabinet members, he commanded that they should bring the vessels of the house of the Lord from Jerusalem and he was drinking alcohol with it. This is a double sacrilege before God. Then a finger of a man began to write on the wall and there was none that could interpret it until Daniel was invited. 

Friend, the same spirit that operates in Daniel is in you as a child of God. He had only learnt to exercise in the wisdom of God. Divine wisdom operates by the Holy Spirit which allow the flow of divine ideas to solve all manner of difficulties (Romans 11:33). Divine wisdom has unlimited ability to deliver result higher than that of unbelievers (Genesis 26: 1-12) Give yourself to gaining knowledge and understanding from today then divine wisdom shall be manifesting in you for progress. Peace.

Prayer: Lord, give me access to the wisdom of the Holy Spirit.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
