THINK FORWARD John 6:3-13 Devotional:- “…gather up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost” (V.12) KJV  Coming to a period like this, so many people have gathered so much to be enjoyed. This time also, so many homes enjoy so much of abundance of many good things. The government also releases more money to the Society in form of incentives for their staffs and benefactors. Most country enjoys abundance in their society at this time. But only few people think forward that they should not finish it all now. It is this lack of wisdom that makes many to lack at the beginning of every year. But you should be wise. In the scripture we read today, even though God has provided abundantly for the people to eat yet Jesus knew it is wisdom not to waste the remnant. So He asked them to gather it. This will at last meet the need of another time for other people (Proverbs 13:22-25). Friend, don’t eat and waste everything in this season, learn to keep Something for the coming year s...

PLANNING.

PLANNING.

Luke 14: 25-33
Devotional:-“For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it“ (v. 28)

One of the wisdom steps that has always work in all the ages is planning. This is putting on paper your thoughts that can be turned to steps of actions. It is often said that when your planning is successful you are actually 50% successful. Planning is action in the preparation stage. Planning is mapping out your steps of actions. To act without planning may cause sudden situation for failure. So, wise people always have a plan. To go to war or build a house without a plan may not bring success.

The scripture we read today gave us two instances that will always demand planning. These is building a great house and facing a war. It is important you know that embarking on your business plan is a war. Facing a project is a war. Laboring to establish your business is building; organizing to have a marriage is a building. So, all we do often fall into either of these two and it demands sitting down first to plan.

Planning is step by step arrangement into your achievements. It is not a waste of time to plan. The time invested in planning will be gained by the speed or ease in achieving your goal. Men who take time to plan will always face lesser resistance in life. Create a time to be separated to consider your ways. Organize your line of action on paper and you will enjoy smoother route to achievement. Peace.

Prayer: Lord, show me the way and steps to my goals.
