  OVERFLOWING WITH JOY Psalm 23:1-6 Devotional:- “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over” (v.5) NKJV It is the will of God in this season to fill your life with good things until you overflow with joy. This is not God’s plan for a few people but for all mankind. He intends to make everyone overflow with the good things of life. What does it mean to overflow? This simply means God want everyone to experience an abundance of good things and then flow out to others (John 10:10).  King David was sharing the testimony of his own overflowing experience. Though the enemies wanted to stop him, the Lord did it for him. Despite all the challenges and hurdles he has to pass through yet God brought him to his overflowing experience. QUALITY DECISION    

1 KING 3:16-28
Devotional:-“So the king answered and said, "Give the first woman the living child, and by no means kill him; she is his mother."” (v.27)

   One of the characteristics of a man with divine wisdom is quality decision. Divine wisdom operates with the help of the Holy Spirit through the insight of the Holy Spirit. The truth about life is that, our decision determines our result. Our decisions in life are what cumulate to determine our destination. 

In the scripture we read today is the experience of king Solomon with two women fighting over the dead and the living child. It was really a complex and a confusing experience, but by the help of the wisdom of God, Solomon discerns the intent and the attitude of each of the women and identifies the owner of the baby (1 Cor. 12:10). No right-thinking woman, not even animal will want to watch her child killed.

Friend, this is a manifestation of the help of the Holy Spirit in the life of Solomon. That time, the spirit comes and goes but now He is living in us. That is why you and I should pray for the manifestation of the Holy Spirit in our lives (1 Cor 12:31). For decision making, we need the operation of the gift of discernment, we need the gift of insight, we need the opening of inner ears to hear God as we acknowledge Him when it is demanded of us to give an answer (Prov. 15:28; Col 4:6). Peace.

PRAYER:  Lord, teach me to always take quality decision.

Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). Therefore, every citizen of the kingdom of God must be followers and disciples of Jesus.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
