  MAKING GOD HAPPY Numbers 6:22-27 Devotional:- “May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you” (V. 25 NLT) One of the goals of our life is to make God happy. This is because the goal of worship is to make God happy. A man can make God happy when he pleases the Lord in all His ways. Job was a man who pleases the Lord in his life time (Job 1:8). Noah was another man who also pleased God in his generation (Genesis 6:8). We are living for the glory of God when we live to make God happy by pleasing the Him. To make God happy, we must love Him supremely (Luke 14:26). No one loved us as God does. He knows what no one knows about us that is why we must love Him more than ALL. It is possible to love God supremely when we relate closely with Him (Hosea 6:6; Matthew 22:37-38; Genesis 6:9). To make God happy, we must learn to trust Him completely. WISDOM     

Luke 15: 11-24
Devotional: - "And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him.” (v.20)


    Wisdom is a step forward from understanding. Wisdom comes naturally when a man is of understanding. Wisdom is defined to be wise actions for wise result. The reality of life is that, when you come across knowledge and you meditate through questions to get understanding of it, you will find yourself acting on it. The reasons you will act on it is that you are interested in the knowledge and that pushes you to dig deeper into understanding. 

The man we read about today was in a problem and because this problem was becoming painful, it got him thinking. Friend if you can think enough, wisdom will bring you to the solution of your situation. Knowledge told him, “But you have a father", understanding help him see how he can go back to the father. By wisdom, he took step. The result is the restoration testimony he had. 

The world is waiting for your rising, but, it will be by the wisdom of God. People rise when their light comes (Isaiah 60:1). If there will be no action added to your thinking, it means your understanding is not strong enough. God has given you the mind of Christ, so, you can solve any problem (1 Cor 2: 16). Joseph rose to rulership by wisdom of God. God knows you are capable of overcoming and that is the reason He allows the challenges on your ways (1 Corinthians 10:13). Arise and move forward in Jesus name. Peace. 

Prayer: Lord, give me wisdom for my rising

"WISDOM IS THE SCORER OF THE GOALS OF LIFE"

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
