  WHO CARES I Peter 5:5-11 Devotional:- “casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you” (V. 7) NKJV A man could feel so lonely, especially when life looks average. This is when a man may not be having nor be lacking. At times, it is not too bad, but not really good. When you have to manage between the two sides. Such time, a man could feel deserted. This is because people could think you are hiding out or pretending. They’ve never seen you coming to beg, nor are you a rich man. But it is only God and you who know what exactly you are going through. At such a period, people come to you to ask you. And since they are not your God, you cannot be discussing your plight with them. Even when you do the little within your strength, they feel you are bad. And then in your secret you think, who cares? Friend, I like to remind you of God’s love letter to you. And in the scripture we read today, He said, He cares. We must learn to cast our cares on Him. Our cares are our needs and our ...

KNOWLEDGE     

Proverbs 19: 1-4
Devotional:-“Also it is not good for a soul to be without knowledge, And he sins who hastens with his feet.” (v.2)


    Having laid the foundation for receiving wisdom, we need to know that the first class in the school of wisdom is seeking knowledge. Which means, taking time to study in searching. I have had people saying they are not gifted in studying. What they intend to say is that, they don’t enjoy reading or seeking for knowledge. The truth is that, nobody does. People only give themselves to seeking for knowledge because of quest for wisdom.

So, pat yourself and wake up. Stop giving excuses, it is as you give yourself to seeking for knowledge that it turns to an habit for you to study and read. The book of wisdom says, it is not good for a soul to be without knowledge (Proverbs 9:2). God hate people who don't want to grow in knowledge (Hosea 4:6). Those that want to grow will increase in strength by discovering wisdom (Proverbs 24: 4-5).

To learn wisdom, man will have to give himself to seeking knowledge. This is when the depths of wisdom become broken up (Proverbs 3:20). It is then heaven can be open for tremendous light of achievement. That makes it possible to access precious and pleasant riches (Proverbs 24: 4). Friend, give yourself to studying in search of solution and you will find wisdom for your progress. Peace. 

Prayer: Lord, make me to enjoy the unquenchable thirst for knowledge 

"STRENGTH OF LIFE COMES BY KNOWLEDGE"

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
