  PROMOTION Psalm 113:1-8 Devotional:- “He raises the poor out of the dust, And lifts the needy out of the ash heap” (v.7) NKJV Observe a joyful man, he will keep going up, and this is because joy makes room for the presence of God (Psalm 16:11). When God is available, He makes the joyful to inherit great places of the earth. We must understand the mystery of joy as affecting our level per time on the earth. In our scripture for today, God’s word says when a man is joyful and praiseful, God will set him on high among the princes. This is because a joyful heart accommodates praises, and where God is praised, God encompasses the place with favour (Psalm 22:3). Observe a happy man or woman; everyone wants to favour him/her. So when joy is available, it will move you to praise God, and your promotion is inevitable  The reason for your current level is directly proportional to your level of joy. WAITING ON THE LORD

Scripture Reading: Isaiah 40:21-31

Devotional Verse –
“But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint” (V. 31)

The prosperity of a child of God has so many roots in the act of waiting on the Lord. This is because the strength of man will fail at a certain point, but the strength of God cannot fail. So, allowing Him to be the source of our strength is wisdom. When you are not depending on the devil to prosper or following his dubious ways, he will look for every way to discourage you. That is why our strength should not be in ourselves but in God (1 Samuel 2:9).



The act of waiting on the Lord is the act of separating time from time to time to receive divine direction from God. His ways are the ways of strength. Strength herefore, is the ability to keep prospering even when your own strength can no more cope. Waiting on the Lord is a product of having time daily like 30 minutes or an hour. Sometimes it could be made weekly or monthly affair, to separate oneself in a day or two just to be in His presence for direction.

In such times, God shows us the way to go to resolve our confusion and to solve our problems (Isaiah 48:17, Psalms 32:8-9). In this way, we fellowship with divine ideas as we fellowship in His presence (Act 13:1-2). That way we keep knowing the way forward and our strength is renewed to continue to prosper. Peace!

PRAYER: Lord, give me the grace to always wait on you
“THE SOURCE OF YOUR STRENGTH, DETERMINES YOUR ABILITY FOR CONTINUITY”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
